Una acogedora y renovada casa de artesanos en el corazón del centro de Greenwood que llamamos cariñosamente "The Pearl". Se puede caminar hasta restaurantes, tiendas, parques y una tienda de conveniencia. A solo 20 minutos en automóvil del centro de Indy, el Lucas Oil Stadium, el zoológico de Indianápolis, Fountain Square y el centro de convenciones. ¡Es un gran centro para su gran aventura en Indianápolis!

The house was very beautiful and clean. The owners are amazing and will get right back to you if you need anything no matter what time of day/night. The neighborhood is very quiet but close enough to the city.
It was very peaceful during the day if you have to work.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the updated décor and amenities that were included (well stocked kitchen supplies, coffee, etc). Appliances were in like-new condition. Walking distance from a convenient store and a wonderful Japanese restaurant were a bonus.

Great location
House was great for a group and it is in the perfect location. We had one issue with an appliance in the house and owner promptly returned messages. Indoor and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of parking.

It was the perfect space for our family to stay in Greenwood.
The house is in charming downtown Greenwood with restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We also enjoyed shopping at Brick & Mortar. The house has everything you need. It is updated, clean and the owner is very responsive.
We plan on renting again next time we are in town visiting our family. I highly recommend.

Lovely home in a walkable neighborhood
Very clean modern yet charming home. Close to parks, a coffee shop and microbreweries. It accommodated 3 kids, 5 adults and an infant with ease.

Family get-to-gether
We all came into town to meet our son’s new baby, but ofcourse couldn’t stay with his new family. The Pearl St house was ideal for my husband and I and my daughter, husband, 2 very active little boys and their dog. Plenty of room for everyone and a few visitors too! We cooked several meals in the large kitchen and gathered easily around the large table. Definitely would stay again. Neighborhood is very walkable to several restaurants and a playground

Greenwood is great
We loved the house!! Very clean and roomy. We loved how it had a separate tv/play area for the kiddos. Loved the ice cream place and park in walking distance. Great location to all the places we needed/wanted to go to. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Perfect Sisters’ Trip Sanctuary
My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It’s as charming as the pictures on the website. It met all of our needs with spacious, updated rooms and bathrooms. It is well equipped with the essentials and the blender allowed us to enjoy some refreshing margaritas! Courtney was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely visit this home again!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was homey and clean. Courtney responded quickly to all of our questions. The area had lots of shops and restaurants that you could walk to. There was a great park nearby as well. We hope to come back and stay again.

We stayed here with a group of 8 ladies and everyone raved about how nice the house was. You thought of everything we could have needed, kitchen is fully stocked and everything was very clean. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay, place was well maintained and modernized interior. Owner was very responsive through vrbo messaging. Did have an issue that the previous guests smoked against the policy. The owner did their best to clean up the smell but there wasn't much the owner could do about getting the smell out.

Amazing
This rental was a beautifully updated older home. It still had amazing features of the original home, like the floors, but it was updated to match the modern style. The home had everything we needed including a few cots for the kids to sleep on. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us and we were even able to check in a little early. We all wanted to just pick this house up and move it closer to home. I would recommend this home to anyone needing to be near downtown Indianapolis. Thank you again!

Perfect spot!
We had a wonderful stay in Greenwood at this lovely craftsman bungalow. It’s was a perfect size for our four adults and two children as we spent a few family days in town. Hopefully it will be available the next time we are in town! Courtney was a great host and a wonderful communicator.

The location of house to downtown Indianapolis is excellent. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We will stay again.

Happy camper
The overall stay was really good. But needed a few more things. Not enough kitchen towels and no cleaning supplies. Also need a couple more kitchen appliances and a grill we were told was there ...but wasn’t. Would stay there again but would request those items.

Great quick stay
We needed a place to stay one night but needed 3 bedrooms. For the price and location, this could not be beat! Super cute house, very clean, lots of linens. We were very pleased. When we go to Indianapolis with our kids for longer, we will be renting again.

Perfect place
Courtney’s house is lovely. Completely remodeled home with comfy beds, room to spread out, and even coffee/tea to enjoy during your stay. Check-in was a breeze and I found everything in the house to match the online listing. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Location to downtown and cafes was fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Nice updated, clean house! Very homey and comfortable. Location was close to everything; shopping, grocery stores, my family. Pretty quiet here too. We enjoyed it.
