The property was very pleasant the house was very clean had everything you. Need To Do whatever you want cooking grilling dishwasher. Why should we sing and dryer river? But 12 minutes away great place to relax had a great time.

It was a great location, near everything. The house is very pretty and I loved the board games that were provided. The host is very responsive and helpful. My family and I enjoyed our time and would do it again.

Lindsey was extremely accommodating , even helping us with a special request. House was nice and had everything needed.

Enjoyed a Thanksgiving getaway with 3 adult children; one who lives in Houston and two who were on orders at Ft.Sam Houston. Was the perfect location to gather. Home had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal and wash Army gear dirty from the field. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had a great stay and the location was close to the lake and the river

This is our third year to stay at this location. We love the house and location is perfect. The parking was definitely this year with two boats, but we made it work. I can’t say enough good things about the property manager, she is wonderful and always very helpful! The house is always fully stocked with the necessities. Sleeping arrangements are easy and comfortable. We will continue to rebook each year!

The inside of the house was very clean and spacious. The outside needed a bit more appeal. However, the overall stay was great.

Communication with the owner was impeccable. Any questions I had were answered promptly and she was even flexible with our check-in time as we had a few who got to town early. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Very roomy and could have easily housed more comfortably. Everything we needed was there and the proximity to town to find anything we might have needed was very convenient. I will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the lake. I can't say enough good things about this rental and owner.

Perfect location for our concert trip

Great house and great host, we had a huge party of 13 and everyone slept comfortably. Love the kitchen and that it had even some basics stocked. We love going to the lazy l&l and it was only 6 mins.

We loved all the hills and nice views in Canyon Lake. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed getting up close to the deer when we fed them on the porch.

House was nice and comfortable. We liked the layout and the openness of the living areas where we gathered after a day on the lake and not feel crowded. Everything was clean upon arrival and getting in and out with the boat was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again on the next time up.

The property was really well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. We played music and didnt have any complaints from the neighbors. He had everything we needed to relax and hangout during our stay. All the amenities need to cook and clean were provided, if we need anything more we just went down to the stores to get some. Plenty of space for everyone in my party including myself to sleep comfortably. Contacting the manager of the propery was no trouble at all during out stay. We messaged her through the app and her response time immediate if not in a timely manner. Would recommend staying here again.

This house is amazing. Very spacious has all the things you would need. Our host was very open and had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed. The pictures and description does not do it Justice, this place is great!

We had always gotten hotel rooms when traveling to san marcos out of fear of never getting a Vrbo experience but we decided to give this house a try and it was 1000% worth it! it has such a welcoming vibe, a lot of space and bed space, along with all the amenities you might need! I really recommend this if you’re looking for a weekend gateway to san marcos

We visited this house June 4th thru June 6th. We walked in and it felt very homey and fresh after a long day at the lake. It came with so many accommodations that we did not have to worry about bringing so much stuff on our trip. The views around the house are breathtaking and the porch is such a great addition to enjoying the great outdoors. So much seating to enjoy a night outside. A great vacation home. Ready to plan our next trip!!

The layout of the cabin is exceptional along with the sleeping accommodations for large or small groups. Cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Nothing more relaxing than sitting on the large concrete porch watching deer. A definite must stay if you are in the area. The host, Lindsey, has made this place easy to access with needing very little to no communication.

We had a great stay here. The beds were clean / comfortable. There was plenty of seating areas to relax in. The host had every amenity you could want for a weekend getaway. Internet connection was good. The kitchen was enormous. 5/5

Super clean, super responsive property owner, provided all those little touches that surprise you at every turn and make you feel like they really thought about what guests might need during their stay.
