Lisa was very helpful & commutative during the reservation process answering all of our questions. We will surely book this lovely home again in the future!

We came down for a swim meet staying with another family from the team. The house was spacious and we all fit comfortably at the house. There were games for the kids and the garage had an extra perk of a basketball game. It was the pleasures of home and such a nice space to relax at between swim meets. Highly recommend for a family vacation

Everything was great and clean and comfortable. Great location 10 minutes away from Bay Bridge Shasta lake right outside of town from everything else you could need. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and have already been talking about our next trip. I also really liked that there was plenty of parking even with a boat/trailer. The host was so nice and got back to me with any questions I had and was very accommodating.

Lisa was extremely accommodating. We had everything we may need for our stay and she even checked in to make sure we were doing alright! The property itself is located very close to I-5 and Oasis so it was perfect for the kids (And adults). The home was very clean and well stocked!

Quiet neighborhood and easy access to interstate.

Lisa is such a helpful host. We travel down from Oregon each year to enjoy Shasta lake. We happen to be down during the Wonder fire and she was checking in with us and giving us alternatives for boating. This is our 3rd year at this house and we will be back! Bbq in back yard, very nice, safe neighborhood, easy I5 access. All around great!

We were in town for the Redding trail shoot. It was so nice to a place to call our own and relax!! Lisa was easy to contact and answered questions if asked. It is a quiet and had a great amuzent park within walking distance and a great BBQ house close by!! 5 stars all the way!!

Great location, in a super quiet neighborhood. This house is big and stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds, and relaxing backyard. Perfect house for a large family.
When in the area again, we willcheck to see if this Home is available every time.

My brother and his family live in this subdivision so this house was perfect for us. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager was available for questions with very prompt replies. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and well situated
This was a gem. It is easy to get to, very nice inside and out, spacious, very comfortable and clean, and just perfect for the family to gather together before heading out on a houseboat trip. It has a great fenced back yard so the dogs could play and we could relax having them with us. The owner is really responsive— when we forgot something was able to help us solve it and get it back asap. It was just great.

This was our 2nd time back and will return. Great, safe neighborhood, easy check in, messages with the owner as needed, Great house. We come from OR, moore our boat at bridge bay then drive down each day. Easy access to i5, 5 min drive to Shasta. All around Great!

The house was clean and comfy. It was a perfect location for us. We were 6 ladies going to golf tournaments at Tierra Oaks and Gold Hills golf courses. The couches were a little soft. There was plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend this house for a group.

The house was nice and the listing was accurate. We were in town for an archery tournament and we had plenty of space for all of our gear and luggage. I have stayed in a few other vacation rentals over the last couple of years while coming to this tournament, and this one is the nicest we have had. We would certainly consider this house again in the future.
