De locatie is geweldig! Goede communicatie vooraf met duidelijke instructies en snel bereikbaar.

Alles beviel! Zo’n heerlijke plek dat we het jammer vonden dat we niet langer konden blijven. Eigenlijk wilden we er wel wonen… Met recht ´la maison de botaniste’ meer verklap ik niet.

Location was excellent

The apartment was in a stunning old french house on the main road of Rue de Claud Monet . In the centre of all Giverny has to offer. Lovely shower. Huge light rooms . Lovely view of outside garden and terrace. Garden furniture provided. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave.

We arrived by taxi,so had no transport. There was no welcome pack, and on investigation.....no shop for 4 kilometres. So although there were all the facilities here for self cooking etc. We could not use any of them. So 3 days without water, milk, t bags etc. Meaning we had to eat and drink out all of the time. Only one cafe 2 minutes away served breakfast from 9 till 10.30 am. The other 3 or 4 restaurants were fine dining and ridiculously expensive, and only open for lunch and dinner. Most places closed at 9pm. So nothing to do after this time. Also no TV in apartment.

Perfect location on the main lane through Giverny but away from the bustle of crowds so incredibly peaceful. The appartment and courtyard garden were lovely, generally much better than the photos suggested.

Great location in Giverny and very comfortable apartment. The rooms were spacious and generous in size.

The facilities were not all available - probably need to upgrade some of the facilities.
