Small but very cosy and nice rooms for 2 people. Microwave, kettle, cute little fridge, tea, coffee etc in room. The house is lovely. If I’m young student I would definitelly come for a few weeks learning english. Host was also lovely. The atmosphere was really nice there. All great. 100% recomended.

the offer of breakfast was wide and varied and catered for all tastes and nothing was too much trouble for david the friendly host,plenty of tea/coffee and orange juice brought to the table very quickly.

Dog-friendly crash pad. Host most welcoming. This is a private house that clearly caters for young international linguists. Room had what you need, including a microwave and a baby fridge. Decent TV and good wifi. With no car the cut through to Mudeford Quay wasn't too far. The local Sandpiper Inn has everything food and drink-wise (and the cashback you'll need for the ferry which is cash only). The ferry over to Mudeford Sandbank is just £2.50 pp e/w 10.00-17.00 from 1st April and is a fabulous day out.

If you're getting the ferry, bring cash as there is no cashpoint anywhere in the town. If you want to buy a bungalow here bring £650,000!

I'm very happy that people like David offer budget no frills accommodation for people like me who are traveling solo and just need a bed for the night in a convenient location. It fitted the bill perfectly.

I forget to travel with a towel. Though, i didnt ask, wasnt sure if this would have been provided.

Exceptional comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Great value for money

David was a great host. This felt like a family home, as students come for an immersive stay. It's a tremendous idea. The room was large, brightly decorated and the bed really comfortable. The complimentary was a pleasant surprise. There's a microwave and fridge for guests to use. A very relaxed stay.

Nothing

The host was communicative and nice. The mattresses were comfortable. The place is nearby (with a car) a very beautiful beach with a magnificent sunset. Parking is free.

The room was on the second floor inside a family house, with other rooms sharing a bathroom. The room was tiny, and the walls were not soundproof. Even though other guests were very nice and tried to be quiet, we heard them from the room next door, when they talked, when someone used the bathroom, and when the alarm of the people next room went on.

Small beds, non existant breakfasts. Very poor shower facilities with water dribbling out of the shower.

Family atmosphere with students. Very relaxed. Great host, easy to talk to.
