We have stayed in South Haven for several years now and this home has been our favorite. The home is bigger than the pictures make it seem and the amount of entertainment available was awesome. The kids loved having their own bunk room upstairs and there was a tv and nintendo wii for them to use. The pool table in basement is awesome and what a great space - there is a tv with cable down there too, perfect for after the kids go to bed. I could also see that being a great place for older kids to hang out. The kitchen was clean and I loved that the fridge was empty. I hate it when you arrive at a rental to someone's mystery foods left "for your use." The dishes were just right for cooking meals at the house and the gas stove made me VERY happy. There isn't a dishwasher but we didn't mind, a dish drying rack was available and we made quick work of cleaning up. We loved that the large table and chairs were quality, not some cheap Target or IKEA set you see at some rentals. This truly felt like a home. The yard was great, full fenced in and with a hose for rinsing off after the beach. The garage is like a bonus space - there were beach toys and chairs to use and the ping pong table provided hours of enjoyment too. It was nice there was three spaces to park off the street. We felt very comfortable here and were only a few blocks from both the beach and downtown.

I stayed with my daughters and their kids and we had a blast! The location is perfect. The older kids could ride bikes or walk to the beach or downtown. The house had everything that we needed, and plenty of room to spread out. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful trip to south haven and enjoyed this house very much. It is close enough to bike to town, the beach, some playgrounds, even tennis courts! The house was very clean and was perfect for our family (us, our 4 kids, and grandparents) We cooked all our meals in the house, and while the kitchen is small, it worked out fine. There was plenty of room for all of us around the table. My kids enjoyed the upstairs room, and we all played lots of bean bag toss in the backyard. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This property has everything you need (and then some!). Conveniently located to town and the beach. A great house for a family vacation get away.

The owner was so easy to work with. The house was light & bright and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make dinner for 12!

This is a great South Haven house. Close to everything! We used the pingpong table and the pool table and the easy carry beach chairs.

We had a great week. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t even have to use our own beach things because everything we needed was in the garage. The house was clean. It was in a great location. We could walk to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants in South Haven. It was easy to get in contact with the owner. We hated for our week to end and how we wished it was our own house!

This was our second year staying here and we absolutely love this house! Great location-close to kids corner park, beach, and downtown. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Great outdoor space, lots of games.

This was our second stay in this house. It is convenient to both town and beach. It’s great to get out and walk. House is fully stocked. We even rode the bikes! Love having a kitchen and grill to use. We’re already planning next year. Thanks for another great vacation!

The communication with Mark was amazing. House was very clean, fully stocked, lots of games, great location. Couldn't ask for a better rental! Definitely recommend this house for a nice relaxing vacation with plenty to do if you wish.

My family of 4 stayed with our 2 dogs and had a wonderful week. Our friends even stayed a few days with us, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The grill was great and the fire pit seemed new! I gave 5 stars to everything, except 4 stars on the listing accuracy because it said "coin laundry" but the laundry was free :) Also the pictures made it seem smaller than it really was....so all good surprises! The house was in a great location-close to the Kid's Corner playground and the blue stairs. The property owner was extremely easy to communicate with and provided the most well-stocked cottage I have every rented. Not only were sheets and towels provided but there were plentiful paper products, cleaning supplies, games, beach supplies, bikes, and the list goes on. The house sits on a double lot which provides ample yard space for games and for the family dog. As the ad states, there really isn't any counter space in the kitchen. We were able to make do but renters should bear this in mind in case they are planning on lots of meal preparation. There is a gas grill which worked great. The only thing that I did not realize was that the 2nd bathroom is on the basement level. This wasn't necessarily a problem for us but just in case you have family members that have difficulty navigating stairs. Overall this was a great rental for our family of 6 and we would definitely consider renting again. Thank you!

It was near beaches, downtown, kiddie park for daytime and at night the home offered board games, pool and ping pong as well as air hockey and bumper pool for kids. Fun and R&R was had by the whole family.

My daughter (age 10) and I spent a long weekend at the house and really enjoyed it. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Mark, the owner, was super easy to work with, very accommodating, and responded to questions I had very quickly. The location was perfect, walking distance to both the beach and town. It was a great weekend.

Awesome location, very clean and great host! The rental felt like we were at a friend's house due to the availability of a fully stocked home. A nice walk to the beach or park. Bikes in great condition available to use. Highly recommend!

We loved our vacation at this wonderful home. It was great for our kids --- the upstairs room was perfect for them to sleep and play, and they loved the pool table in the basement. My first word when I walked in was “Wow”! We had a wonderful week here. The house and yard are beautiful and had everything we could possibly need plus lots of fun extras. The fresh cut flowers were a nice touch.

We loved staying at this house! Great location, lots of things to do right at the home! This made it easy on rainy days. Having 2 driveways made it easy for us to park the golf cart. Mark was extremely responsive to our needs! Loved it here and would stay again …

It was a great house to hangout in and was just a few blocks from south beach. Nice big backyard for the dogs. Close to a bike trail and downtown south haven. The host made everything easy and was very responsive. Great house for families and pets. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of two houses in South Haven that we rented for our family vacation. Loved the location of this house. It was super clean. The back yard was perfect for my son's dogs. And the garage with a ping pong table, bikes and multiple other games/summer supplies was a nice perk. We look forward to renting this house again next year!
