All I can say is the house fell apart on us. The spa didn't work the first day, the fridge stopped working and raw sewage exploded out of the main bedroom shower drain. Attempts were made to remedy the situation but unfortunately we had to leave early from our trip. The property has potential but it has severe issues. The owners did compensate us partially for the inconvenience and money lost on food and groceries. I have never experienced anything like this. Hopefully the owner fixes the problem(s) before they rent it out to someone else.

The house is MUCH larger than the photos give credit for. The entire property is so well maintained and clean. A group of 9 adults stayed for our trip and we all had plenty of space for group activities and time to mingle in smaller groups. This is one of the first places we have stayed in that I would really say has everything you need in terms of the details. The kitchen is so well stocked, there are extra blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. There were enough pool towels for our entire group which is awesome. We wanted for nothing! We did not have children with us but there is a lot of extra stuff for them as well (pool toys, play pen, children/toddler plates and utensils, etc). However, as a group of adults we never felt like it was a space designed around children which we loved. It's a pretty easy walk to downtown (depending on the heat!) and the guide they provided is so nice ( please follow their recommendation for Koffi in town, it's delightful!). This place is a steal!

The house worked out perfect for our large party of 10. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The backyard was amazing! Beautiful pool and covered area with lots of privacy. Really nice location, just a short 4 minute drive to the “downtown” area of PS. The house was also very well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Thank you!!

The house had everything we needed. Lots of room, great backyard with lots of sun and shade. There were lots of pool toys and games for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

The house is huge and the layout worked well for the 8 of us. The pool and spa were well used, as was the ping pong table. The pool heat went out ? due to a windy winter storm. The manager and owner were easy to reach and they got the problem fixed so we had the heated pool for end of our stay.

The house was SO clean and way bigger than it looked in pictures. The location was perfect also!

Hosts provided a home away from home with every convenience imaginable. We enjoyed every square inch especially the pool and hot tub area and the TV room on cool evenings. This mid-century home is ideal for getting into Modernism Week. Location is walkable to town, restaurants and hiking. Loved it.

big beautiful house, well equipped, pleasant owner and nearby manager. highly recommend. we had 3 generations with us, everybody loved the place. There is some nice art and vases around-- we stowed the glass vases away to prevent the kids from damaging anything, then put them back at the end of the trip. And there's no fence around the pool, if you're worried about toddlers. But for everybody else the place is pretty perfect. The pool/hot-tub heating system is a little opaque & complex and was glitchy at times, but it worked well-enough. Most of the time the pool was quite warm and we enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. Part of the pool is always in the shade. Never have I stayed at a place that had so many things in the house, a hand mixer, a blender, etc. We brought some of that stuff with us but it was all there for you to use. Everything about it was so amazing and spacious. We really loved it all. One of my favorite places to stay. Both owners and property manager were helpful. Very responsive owners too! Got replies back almost asap! A few notes, the listing said check out was at 11 but it was actually at 10, They let us check in super early since nobody else was staying there which was amazing! Bring blackout curtains to keep some of the heat out of the rooms.

This property truly exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice once you arrive. This is a huge house which gave everyone plenty of room. No one ever felt crowed here. We had multiple kids in our group and between the pool, the table tennis, and the 80" TV, there was plenty to keep them occupied which allowed us to relax and catch up with family. One detail that I loved was the fact that the house was fully stocked with all the random items and utensils you need. We brought many items that we did not need to as it was already at the house. Finally, the 2 thermostats in the house worked great and helped us in the 115-degree weather. We will definitely be back.

Our family spent a weekend at deepwell We really had a great time. The house was spacious and clean, just a wonderful place to get away and relax We all agreed that we would certainly like to come back again.

The house was decent. Some of the bathrooms had some struggles with adequately hot water for showers and some of the furniture/carpet was in a little disrepair, but the pool was great (lots of floaties). The property manager could not have been more friendly. There were big, all caps warnings about not playing music by the pool, which seems a little nuts. Obviously it is rude at night, but on a saturday afternoon when you are having a birthday bbq, it would be nice to have some music playing at a respectable volume.

This truly was the perfect house for our group for our weekend getaway. We loved how spacious it was. The pool was amazing. We loved being able to grill. We loved everything about it.

The house was more then adequate for the 10 people we had with us. Everyone slept fine and the kitchen was well stocked too. Lots of bath towels and pool towels and the heated pool/spa was definitely the pièce de résistance. Would definitely stay again!

Overall this house was amazing! We had 3 families with a total of 4 kids under 4 and everyone had a blast. The outdoor space is great and the house is stocked with everything we needed. The rooms are all good size but you might find yourself fighting over the insanely huge and awesome master suite! The location is also great - close to parks, groceries and downtown Palm Springs so going out for lunch and dinner was a breeze. If we're back in Palm Springs, we'd definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean. We paid for pool heat ( was worth it !!) The house is very well equipped ,lots of towels !BBQ well maintained .The kitchen especially, was well equipped ( we had a professional chef in our group & every tool we needed was provided ) I would certainly return to this property & would recommend to others with large family or big groups

The home was very well appointed and quite large. Great location close to downtown. Pool and hot tub were awesome with the cool nights.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids had a very happy Thanksgiving at this house! Great layout for groups with plenty of space for everyone, nice big pool and hot tub, comfortable bedrooms and a nice open kitchen/dining plan. Fantastic location very close to downtown as well as hiking trails, grocery stores, etc. Michael was very responsive and had great tips about local sights and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our big family. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and were totally fine. The pool and jacuzzie were wonderful and the kitchen was well equipped and large. The house was a little beat up though. The carpet has some stains and there was a bit of a musty smell in the back by the bedrooms, but nothing too bad. Overall we were very happy with the property.

This home is close to the airport, downtown, hiking, hotels and restaurants. It’s spacious, making it wonderful for married couples (what we had) or groups. The home was very clean, all amenities in working condition, and plenty of towels for the pool/spa! As one reviewer mentions, water feature can’t be running when spa is heated, so a little clearer instructions to this end would be great. We had a wonderful time and would certainly come back!

Overall the house is very spacious but biggest downfall was that the AC was not working which was horrible being that the weather was 115 outside.

Spent 6 nights/7 days in this beautiful home, and we seriously could have stayed longer. We had three families - 6 adults, 3 teens, and one 6 yr old - comfortably enjoy their own space in this 5 bedroom home. Most of the time we were in the backyard, enjoying the pool, playing ping pong, or sitting at the table playing board games. If we needed a break, we could easily retreat to our private rooms. The well stocked kitchen made for great family meals. The highlight of the trip for the adults was Mesquite Trail, just about 4 blocks away. Nearly each morning before 8am, we all hiked up the trail to the benches at the top to soak up the view, and enjoy the warm, breezy wind. Not to mention we burned some serious calories making the trek up and down that mountain! One day one family went to the Wet and Wild Palm Springs water park while others went to the outlets for a bit of retail therapy. This home is absolutely in the most perfect location! The three things I wish were different are: the very low range hood above the stove. I cooked many of the meals, and I hit my head on that hood each time. I'm only 5'4 so it was ridiculously low...so if you are cooking on the stove top just be extremely careful when you move your head around to check the food you're cooking. If you choose to heat the pool, you can't have the pool fountain/waterfall on at the same time. It's one or the other. I loved the waterfall and relaxing in the spa, but I couldn't have both. So naturally we chose a hot spa over aesthetics. The last thing is that the water in the shower in the bathroom by the kitchen was only lukewarm - the water never got hot. The other two bathrooms were perfectly fine, but this one shower just never seemed to get hot enough. Other than these little things we would definitely come and stay here again!

Very nice location. Well equipped for making food, hanging out at the pool. Good 3 minute drive to downtown. Will come back to this home if in Palm Springs again.

The home was extremely nice! It had all the latest electronics and amenities. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We cooked many meals there and the kitchen was very spacious. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown Palm Springs. And only five minutes from the airport, too. Very convenient.

A group of nine 40 something year old girlfriends from college stayed at this property. It is walkable and approximately one mile from downtown Palm Springs. The property manager was very responsive, the home had tons of amenities, and the layout worked great for our large group. Spent tons of time in the pool and hot tub, so adding the pool heat extra was well worth it. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. There was plenty of space for our whole group to spread out, and the bedroom configuration afforded everyone sufficient privacy. Everything that we could possibly need over the course of our stay was provided, and there was an astounding number of towels for both bath and pool use. The pool area was particularly lovely, with lush landscaping, and an outdoor sofa and table and chairs in addition to a number of chaise lounges. The property manager was accessible and responsive. A great experience!

Our group was stunned by the quality of this rental property. The interior is very well laid out and very spacious. The bedrooms are well isolated from the living area and very good sized with plenty of room for lots of guests to sleep comfortably. The kitchen, living room, dining room and TV room are all very spacious and have a great open layout, and all open directly out to the pool area with floor-to ceiling windows and oversized sliding glass doors. This was not your average rental home, as the furniture was all very chic and stylish, yet comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is on par with that of a hotel. The pool and hot tub are well above-average quality and size and are both were very warm and comfortable (even in January at night), and there was more than enough pool furniture for everyone to relax comfortably outside. The house was more than generously stocked with fresh towels (both pool towels and bath towels), and all of the little details made us feel like we were staying at a luxury boutique hotel, with all of the privacy and comfort of a house. The backyard was surrounded by massive palm trees and spectacular mountain views. I would definitely recommend this property to any group or family looking to have your own private retreat in Palm Springs.
