The location is perfect. The place was clean. The master bed was terrible. The mattress was uncomfortable and it made loud creaking noises every time one of us moved.

The only redeeming qualities of this property are its location within Pismo and the fact it has a functional bathroom. Things you MUST be aware of:
1 – There is no parking, despite it being listed on the amenities. There is only street parking and anyone who knows anything about Pismo knows how street parking can be.
2 – There are no laundry facilities, despite it being listed on the amenities. This is just out-and-out false advertising as there are no directions provided as to how to get to the laundry, if even one exists.
3 – There is NO room within the house to congregate as a group. This place is SMALL with limited space.
4 – The “Master Bedroom” has a queen bed that is horribly noisy and can only be accessed on one side, be ready to crawl over your bed mate.
5 – There is a heater but no thermostat, so the heater just comes on randomly and smells like it does not burn all the gas as there is a strong smell of gas coming from the unit.
6 – The place is OLD and marginally kept up, you will NOT feel comfortable.
To be completely honest, there are MUCH better places to stay within Pismo that provide much more in terms of comfort and amenities than this place. I would not stay here again if they offered the place for free.
Closing on a positive note, the property management personnel were great.

This cottage reminded me of beach vacations from long ago. It was modest but completely adequate for 3 adults. The location is good, a short walk from the beach and many restaurants and the Monarch butterfly grove.The wi-fi service was good but remember to bring a fire stick or equivalent. The TVs are not set up for streaming.

The house is small but it worked perfect for my family. I just wish it had another queen beds instead of 2 twin beds. They had pots, plates, even seasoning everything you could think of it was a great stay I would definitely be coming back to stay again! ☺️

over all it was great. seating for a long time not good. parking could be a real problem as this one had on street parking only. but that also meant we could walk to most everything. the ocean, restaurants, shops. the kitchen and bath were great. well worth the money

The home itself is very cute and cozy. The location was not what I expected. The pictures don’t show the fact that it’s in the corner of the lot with surrounding 3 story buildings all the way around you. Nice little area out front would have been more uncomfortable if someone had rented the cabin next door because you share the entire outside area. The house is not very stocked on the inside only two hand towels no pot holders the water was extremely hot that it burns your hands even in cold, very hard to take a shower. Property management company was not professional I arrived to pick up the keys to the home at the office and the keys were not in the lock box I called the after hours number and the lady first told me that I was a day early for my rental, then she started telling me about how the owners were on a trip then how she hasn’t been at work were as none of this even helpful for why my keys were not in the lock box. She kept talking over me I looked back at the dates while I was on the phone and it clearly stated that my arrival was today. It was really wrong to put everyone else’s problems onto me while I’m waiting outside the office for 39 min before I even got the keys having to wait for someone to come to the office.

Great property and location. Very cozy. The only complaint would be parking. We didn't realize there would not be assigned parking only street parking. Which is very busy and almost impossible during the day. It does clear out after dark. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly accomodating office staff.
