good location

I liked the layout of the apartment and comfort.

The communication with the host and us was nil. I sent 2 emails that were not answered prior to arrival which were questions in relation to us staying there.

Loved the location, parking and space.

Bed was very uncomfortable and there were a few scrapes/holes on the wall. No tea towels

Great location and close to nice eateries. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Nice outlook.

The lock in the ensuite is broken and one of us was locked in there for 20 minutes. A heat pump would add a lot to this property

Mia the host was lovely she was very helpful and responded to all our enquiries and needs. The place is safe and modern.

Check in process was disruptive if wifi internet not working so communication delayed on check in to apartments

Fabulous location and easy check in, carpark was perfect and kids LOVED their stay in the apartments.

Only one key and fob for access very inconvenient for a family of 4 adults, the security required you to have both for entry to the apartment. . Lack of equipment in the kitchen for making meals, I actually bought some new cooking utensils and left them. No bathroom mat or tea towels until asked for, bath towels too small and thin . After 4 weeks stay in total was asked to pay for a late check out because of flight departure time to the UK this seemed very petty and greedy, as there was no one coming in after us.

Very clean and comfortable . Great location to stay while we worked at Eventfinda Stadium .

Excellent location, close to everything, plenty of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our two weeks stay and will definitely stay here again next time in Auckland.

Great view

Kitchen floor was gritty; numbers on the letterbox lock were tiny and upside down, making access to the remote and entry key much more difficult . Also it wasn't clear which pad we needed to get into the front door. The intercom pad was bigger than the security pad. Clearer instructions would have helped.

Door to main bedroom hinges were loose and difficult to close so staff had put double bed in back room with no view and put 2 single beds in the main room. Shower water ran out through gaps in screens and flowed towards laundry not drain hole. Light came onto all rooms around blinds as there were no drapes to cover gaps as I would expect from a 4star venue. There was no tea towel to dry dishes and no tablets for dishwasher. Glass on rachslider had hand marks from previous tenants, despite the constant signs that room left unclean extra cost would be incurred.

The views, the secure car park, modern interior, very clean and tidy.

No air conditioning, it was super hot during our whole stay and the x2 fans supplied were just not sufficient.

Wasn't expect a 2 bedroom apartment ,the views over the Harbour and close proximity to shops.

Difficulty in getting access to the property and the apartment could have been decorated more to feel and look special.

The beds are THE MOST uncomfortable beds I have EVER slept in. Inner sprung mattresses were like the $50university student bed mattress. I was very disappointed and ended up leaving the next day instead of staying another night. Have booked into physio this week due to neck and back pain. The room had no air conditions so the whole apartment was suckling hot. Really not an enjoyable experience and put me I terrible frame of mind for the funeral I was there to attend

The view, the lay out, carpark, close to shops and food and walks and public transport.

Just the outside front door light shines through the window at night
