The appartement was just what we wanted. Clean, spacious but not too luxurious (travelling with children). But the reception and friendliness of our host was what made the difference. Iztok was there when we needed him, was easily reachable and took care of everything. One of the most outstanding and friendly hosts we have ever experienced

The place is really cool and unique, ideal for 3-4 people. There is space to chill comfortably inside the apartment, a couple of nice spots for working, two comfy couches... Also the owners were super kind to us, and answered very quickly whenever we had to contact them.

As some commented, the toilette does smell a bit bad.

Location is strategic for families! Walk-in distance from city centre!

Previously was a bar/cafeteria and the men’s urine utility in WC is not kids friendly! Also a little bit noisy since it is in the ground floor!! At -1 the bedrooms are 👌!

Very spacious, perfect for group of friends. Excellent location.

Bedrooms and bathroom are in the basement with no windows. Toilet was a little smelly. Steep steps which were not a problem for us, could be problematic for someone with limited mobility or little kids.

A lovely clean apartment just a few minutes on foot to everything central. Check in went smoothly although we were an hour later than expected because of the train being delayed. Our host was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a bit of a problem finding the light switches to turn off the lights and it wasn't mentioned in the manual.Maybe the host should point this out to the guests as we felt bad the first day going out and leaving the lights on.

Location of the appartment is fantastic. 5 min to the old city center. The host was very kind, answered all our questions, helped us with parking, even left a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift.

Bedrooms were in the basement, which we did not expect. The same for a bathroom and a toiletroom. There was only one window in the basement area - in one of the bedrooms. No window/no aircirculation in the bathroom/toiletroom. One of us slept on a sofa bed in the living room - ground floor. There are large windows - the appartment is not a classic one. It used to be a store, or a bar. Sleeping is not comfortable - noisy from the street.

Great location, near the train station (we used the place as stopover while traveling by train from Germany via Villach to Rijeka) and also near the city center. Host also offered to deliver our luggage at the station in time to next train, great service. Sleeping rooms and bath is in the basement (one level down with steps), so air ventilation is a bit poorer than we're used to. Beds were ok for two nights.

The host (Iztok) was super nice and he even provided a bottle of good red wine! The location is really good and you are walking distance from everything you would want to experience in Ljubljana. Easy parking just outside of the apartment.

I believe the apartment used to be a local bar or something similar and the entrance is directly from the street - which is not necessarily bad. You sleep on the underground floor, where you have no windows, which is a bit strange, but it worked for a our short stay. The double bed room is spacious, but no windows again, while the 2 single beds room is kind of tiny, especially for one of the beds.

Great location, close to key city attractions and bus station. The apartment is clean and has everything for a short stay.

Great check-in, good contact with the host. Lot of space (we were two persons), clean, nearby everything you need in Ljubljana.

There is not that much natural light in the appartment

- really big and comfortable - close to the city center with available public space parking with charge - giving a feeling of having your own beautiful apartment in a foreign city - good amenities / can prepare your own lunch if you want

- nothing worth mentioning - there is a inside staircase to the rooms on the basement for anyone who does not prefer two storey apartments

the location is amazing, walking distance to the downtown area makes it so easy and convenient to enjoy the city of Lubjana. the parking was also very accessible, convenient and affordable (street parking) we had a spot right outside the apartment everyday, (not designated parking) so that made things easier for us. the apartment has laundry available and a kitchen as well.

The stairs were a bit steep for us because we were traveling with small children but we spent most of our days outside exploring so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience

Stay in an apartment with convenient location at a very cost-effective price. All the equipment in the apartment is complete and clean. The owner even prepared a bottle of red wine for welcome gift. I will definitely want to stay in this apartment when I travel Slovenia again in the future!!!

There are few windows and it’s not easy to ventilate.

It is nice and safe area close to the city center very quiet for rest with super market near by . totally recommend .

The bathroom needs ventilation and for us its better remove the male ureter because it creates fumes.Needs shampoo and shower gel .there was no freezer for ice cubes only refrigerator.

The apartment was very comfortable and the facilities were very complete and prepared.

The apartment had two floors: a basement and a ground floor.

The owners left us a bottle of wine (❤️). Two floor appartment with all the necessary equipment, three beds plus a sofa (really comfortable) and 5 minutes away from a big supermarket (Hofar) and Metelkova (for those loving to party). The design of the first floor reminds of a club/bar which we liked a lot and the air conditioner saves your life during the hot hours of the day.

It's a beautiful apartment. Location is perfect, center of Ljubljana is near here. Our host is really kind and communicative. He got information about all important thing. Beds are comfortable.
