I had the most amazing time at Rancho Espinoza. The owner Willy is really friendly and took time to show me around the village and brought me hiking. He also organizes a kayaking tour in the mangrove which is highly recommended. The house is very confortable and has everything you need to cook and feel like at home. It is also beautifully decorated. Also there are a lot of beautiful birds coming to drink water on the terrasse. I saw a humming bird several times.

If you don’t have a car it can be a bit tricky because it is not right in the center, you need to do a bit of distance to go to the restaurant for exemple and the rancho doesn’t have one. However there is a kitchen available. Also Willy kindly landed me his bike to go around.

Quaint & cozy, William was so helpful & kind- ran out to get tequila for my husband and answered ALL our questions - will definitely visit again soon

Everything was perfect and detailed orientated. The bed was so comfortable and all the little amenities and the little that came with it. The host and team are the true meaning of hospitality

This doesn’t even apply , everything was outstanding.

It was a beautiful home. William was kind enough to take me and another guest kayaking in the estuary. that made the trip that much more memorable.

William was awesome, Place was ready and as advertised. Easy to find thanks in part to the sign right on the highway-this was our second time at the property and we will stop there again without a doubt!

Beautifully restored ranch - very authentic but clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms, wifi etc. William is a brilliant host and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to ask in advance if you can do the kayak tour with him - it is an amazing experience in a quiet mangrove estuary, almost untouched by humans and full of wild birds and fish.
