The other family staying in the property who also booked for the same weekend as us, were more helpful than at trying to solve the double booking issue than booking.com were!

The fact that we didn’t get to stay there, as booking.com or bachcare double booked it and we missed out. It was dam frustrating & inconvenient.

It wasn't clean, smelly dishes in the dishwasher cobwebs everywhere

Front door handle was broken when we arrived. We were missing 4 sets of towels and flannels, bathroom ensuite matt and hand towel, dishcloths for kithcen. Electric blankets werent working in single and queen beds. Top main bathroom door not closing. Table lamps not working. Toilet in onsuite not working. Severe roll-together is both double beds and singles. Bathroom heater in main bathroom not working. Recycle bin overflowing when we arrived.

Fantastic location and very spacious.

There were no kitchen cleaning products or cloths. Outside furniture was covered in spiders, paths were slippery and mossy. There was dirty dishes left in oven on arrival. No pantry amenities what so ever - had to buy these like paper towel, glad wrap, salt and pepper. No potato peeler. The price we were paying I would have expected these to be in the kitchen. Had to buy more toilet paper as well.

So close to everything for children to go for walk or to go have something to eat. So spacious, beautiful native bird life. Had everything we need - would definitely stay again.

The front door handle was broken and the step down into the garage is dangerous and needs a sign on the door.

It was very cold while were there. There was not enough bedding. Duvets were lightweight and not alt all adequate. There was very little spare bed ding. One bed didn’t have an electric blanket and one electric blanket didn’t work. I have passed this on to the manager.
