It was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Great location. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more!

A couple of cockroaches in the kitchen and main bathroom introduced themselves. The beds were OK but a bit hard. The lock box was fiddly to get open.

Great facility with 3 double rooms. Modern, clean and spacious.

Pool committee seemed a little bit over the top with rules and rudeness. Pool was a fantastic facility to have as part of the property and we used it multiple times.

Exceptionally clean & well provisioned

Location was good. Spacious and sunny living area and very comfortable. Well equipped.

There was a lot of condensatiion on all the windows, which seemed surprising with double glazing. No BBQ. Deck slippery in the morning.

Location was great, the place appeared very modern with good facilities.

Coakroaches in the evening, both nights, in both rooms that were occupied. Dust/cobwebs between night stand and wall. The worst part was the price the 3 of us paid for that. I think we were overcharged (one couple & 1 single) but bachcare said it was a price per night regardless. If that's the case I would expect a decent welcome basket and spotless (minus cockroaches). Please review the cost and contact me if incorrect.

The layout of the house was good, it was also warm

The keys were in a hidden lock box that was almost impossible to locate - had to get down on hands and knees to put number in if it was dark it would have been impossible also the lock box was really hard to open - in fact wouldnt open to return the key to it No remote for the TV and no instructions on how it worked - no SKY

Nice, modern feel holiday home and very central location. Good size bedrooms and nice size kitchen.

Lockbox was not in ideal spot. We arrived in rain and darkness and couldn't see numbers on panel due to being so low to ground and no lighting to see. First time we showered in ensuite the water flowed out the door due to blocked drain of which we checked ourselves and found full of hair! Also note broken handle in main bathroom vanity.

close to the pool area, nice gas fire, well appointed kitchen. 2 bathrooms

Key in lock box - I received 2 x emails from the booking agent and they had different lock box number codes. Luckily I printed off BOTH emails as the first code was not wrong
