Great Bach lots of extra's not expected.

Not enough information given about TV connections need to be a technical savvy to get even basic TV but got there in the end. The biggie the place was not clean enough, finger marks on TV screen, dust on TV and table at back, lounge chairs dirty between slats at floor level, under chairs only been cleaned halfway back. Main bedroom, bed lamps touch control sticky and dusty. Kitchen, stove top greasy, and the roasting dish greasy on bottom and old burnt grease halfway down inside, no need for this as it is good quality SS oven dish and needs a good clean, the photo is after I cleaned bottom. Key for back door top lock not any were needed to get a breeze going in house really hot little bach.

Beautiful home. Well maintained and heaps of room for a tiny home. Awesome location and central to everything, walking distance. Tino ataahua to kainga. He mīharo hoki.

Just the driveway was a bit narrow. But me being on a 4wd truck didn't help. Maybe i need driving lessons lols.

Very little we didn’t like the only thing I would mention for future reference is to have toilet paper available at least a couple rolls! There was one roll and quickly runs out with a family staying 😬

Location was good. Master bedroom was comfortable. All the basic stuff was there.

Was a funky smell when we first checked in. It did subside in the end and the cleaner came back to have another clean. Beds in smaller room in the house were like stretchers rather than beds, decent mattresses but a bit creaky. Significantly smaller than it looks. Fern on the driveway scrapes against car, needs to be cut back. Section is small only just fit two cars. Shower a bit sensitive to hot or Cold but water pressure good.

Location good, 5 mins walk to Bayfair Shopping Centre with lots of food options, and being 500 metres from the beach would be great in summer (we stayed in winter). Master bedroom was nice and spacious.

The lounge and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were smaller than we expected, with the 3rd room as a sleepout in the garage. (Maybe I should have read the fine print more thoroughly - when I got home and double-checked the property description afterwards, this appears at the end: "Both this bedroom and the living areas are fairly compact. Please be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally and the bathroom is inside the main dwelling." Perhaps this should have been made clearer so we didn't have to dig through fine print to find it). We were surprised that $131 was added to our bill for bed linen on top of the headline price, and when we asked of we could bring our own linen instead the reply didn't offer that. I'd also suggest that the arrival booklet be a bit more welcoming! It was full of what you can't do, in a rather shouty way, that I wouldn't expect for what we paid.

It was clean well maintained and has a beautiful outside deck.
