Very close to the ferry terminal, clean and comfy rooms. Employees are very helpful. Will stay here again :)

도로 옆이라 너무 시끄러웠고 밤새 차 소리 오토바이 소리 새벽 6시전후 청소차 쓰레기 치우는 소리;; 잠자기 좀 어려운 환경였어요. 방음이 제로;;; 이어플러그 제공해 주는데 그래도 소리는 들려서 다음번엔 선택하지 않을거 같아요

It is a bit noisy because of the ongoing reno next door, but they gave me ear plugs so it helped

their facility is clean and safe. highly recommended for travelers who need a place to stay just near the Pier.

This property is in walking distance to the pier one ferry terminal where you will get the ocean jet ferry to destinations around neighboring islands, so this is a really convenient place to stay if you were going to take an early ferry the next morning . The staff were really nice. 

So I paid USD25 for one night, and in that price point, it is not reasonable to expect luxury. The rooms are very small and they were clean and the linens were very fresh. the air conditioner worked but not that well. The bathrooms are a little bit moldy smelling.  the room that I was in had a bunkbed so space for two people, the beds are quite narrow like you would have on a ship. The mattress ended up having a little bit of a pit in it by the time I had been laying on it for a few hours. Kind of like a one of those futons that you had when you were a kid.

There are many rules to direct guests. That is used to avoid working from staff. No fridge.

the neighborhood are very noisy especially during night time. So I didn’t slept properly.

The review is NOT about the VG residences in Adlawon, but about another place which is located near the speed boat pier of Cebu City which has the same name.

Occasionnally without running water; there are renovation works.

Room is comfortable and well desgined. Clean towels, tv, and water available. Wi fi worked well. Location is good if you need to be near the port (which was our case), otherwise location is not great for tourism. There are some options to eat and convenience stores nearby. There are really cute cats in the property, I loved them.

There was a smell in the property but was coming from outside. They really battled it with perfume but we were still able to smell it.

The room is clean, the bed the comforter is clean. And also the staff is good

The aircon is not so cool, the pressure of the water in the CR is very slow. My son can't enjoy the television because only 1 channel available and the vision is not so good
