Overall a spacious house with a nice pool. Plenty of room for large group. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs can be difficult for older travelers due to stairs. All other living areas are upstairs. Could use some general maintenance such as nails in back stairs leading to pool, stains on master carpet, front door can be difficult to open, new grill needed (bought a grill due to shape of grill at house), gate to backyard needs attention, plants on backyard sidewalk need to be cut back. Family had a nice time. Would stay again.

The home is older but well maintained for age. Very clean and felt well at home. The beach is literally 2 minutes away with lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Great air conditioning as well. Had a blast and lots of happy family members.

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary. House was clean, lots of space and location great. Right across the street from the beach, 3 minute walk. The layout was a bit strange. Only way to get to the pool from inside the house was through one of two bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Acapulco Villa House. It was nice to have a washer & dryer, the pool, and the garage access. Except for the stormy weather, it was great time.

We had an amazing time for our family girls trip with grandma’s, aunties, cousins and sisters!! The pool was great and there was ample parking spots at the house for a big group. The house location was so close to everything. There was a beach access that was so conveniently close by so it was so easy to get to the beach. The house it self was clean and well kept. We were short blankets though but I called the after hours hotline number and they brought them right over!!! The pool is a great size and the kids loved it!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it especially if you have a big group, and is very kid friendly and family oriented!

My friends and I had a lovely time staying at this VRBO. So close to the beach, great private pool, and spacious enough for our group of 10. Some things were lacking though. There were only 2 bath towels in the entire place where the listing says there will be more. There were also no extra pillowcases for the extra pillows which we needed for the trundle beds. The beds themselves are sufficient but not very comfortable. It was also quite annoying to have very little staples in the house. No oil for cooking, hardly any coffee, dish soap and other essentials you need to be occupying a house for a few days. Also, the kids room had multiple stains on the floor which was very off-putting especially since the trundle beds are essentially on the ground. We still had an amazing time but it would have been better to have the basic necessities and for things to have been in a little better shape.

The photo of this home is misleading. There is construction of a 3-story-house next door that's ongoing right now. It is not an empty lot next door as shown in the photo. The construction was loud and disturbing every day we were there.
This is a comfortable home in a good location, but it needs a lot of attention.
The furniture is in bad shape. Seems like worn out, cheap thrift store stuff. The pots and pans in the kitchen were totally unusable. We purchased our own while there. The TVs only have Sling and apps, so no regular/local channels.
When we arrived the pool was murky and full of sand. We let property manager know. A pool guy came the next day. Turns out the filter system was completely off. The pool guy finished cleaning the pool then the gardener came and blew a bunch of debris into the water. Also, the pool lights did not work.
The rough shape of the house, next door construction and pool problems distracted from our vacation. However, the location to the beach and nearby attractions was good.

We have 5 kids. The outdoor inground pool was such a life saver! The kids enjoyed staying in the pool most of every day we were there. Two families stayed here and it was very spacious and comfortable! THE AC WORKS AMAZING! The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own BLANKETS AND PILLOWS. They do not have ANY extras. It didn't bother us one bit though. All in all the house was GREAT! Oh and they do not have a decent grill to cook out on. It was very small and VERY used. We made it work. Just took a couple hours to get it going and cook all the burgers we had. Little disappointed in that but hopefully in the future they get one.

Lots of room for all 10 of us . Pool is nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped but could use some oven mitts. Loved having an extra refrigerator. We ate most of our meals out on the deck. This was our second time staying here.

Bad review
House needs updating really bad. Floors in kitchen were warped. Couches were smelly and old needs replacing they sank in. Beds were old rickety very uncomfortable at least 10 years old. Carpet in rooms were very dirty. Entire house smelled old and dingy. Had to call to get pool cleaned was told the debris is from all the wind as I witnessed the pool people pulled out the debris from the skimmer and looked like old debris. Bad experience overall

The house has many areas of opportunity.
We saw roaches in the kitchen.
The backyard has no light, it looks very dark.
The grill is very deteriorated.
The backyard speakers are not connected.
The entertainment center is not connected or does not work.
The lights on the front balcony don't work.
The house is clean.
Just a few details that can be repaired or purchased will be fine.
I would definitely look for another place first before returning to this place.
It is not cheap at all and they ask for many things like to make your own bed when you leave the room, mmmmm...don't they wash the sheets?

There are some things that could make this house better. The tenants before use smoked and left there cigar leftover in the flower pots upstairs.

Family trip
The house was good, great location to walk to the beach. House was clean and very spacious, except one bed downstairs had a cockroach in the sheets. The kitchen full equipped to what we needed. Open space just would've like for the couches and carpet to have looked cleaner, looks old and dirty. Outdoor very big and nice, pool was dirty and poor lighting outside. You can't hang outside the pool at night because it is very dark and the power plugs was not working. This house has good things as bad thing but we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if the thing would get fix.

Great for the price
This property was exactly what is advertised and super close to the beach. It’s big and spacious and across the street from beach access. It comfortably slept 10 family members and the pool was spacious. The few negatives were the bbq grill was super small and the house could use updating, but would I stay here again…ABSOLUTELY!!! Management made everything easy, thanks for a great stay!!

Great accommodations and location, but needs TLC
To start with the good stuff...the location, pool, and beds/bedrooms were great! The house is a block from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and the local grocery store. Having a pool was great when the kids needed something to do, but we didn't want to haul everything to the beach. This house has 3 king beads and 4 twins (2 day beds with trundles). We loved that each adult couple had a decent sized bed in a room to themselves, the kids had a bedroom, and no had to survive a pullout sofa.
For the not so great stuff...the entire house needs some TLC. Everything is kind of old and beat up...the sofas were probably comfortable a long time ago, the kitchen utensils are pretty beat up and there is literally clear duct tape covering portions of the wall that need to be repaired.
Overall, the location is amazing and the amount of space that you have means you can comfortably have a large group all hanging out in one place. I'd definitely recommend staying here, just manage your expectations for the furnishings.
