Had a comfortable sleep, it was warm and it had a parking space even tho on the day of check in one of the neighbors had blocked the drive.

Two broken toilet seats but luckily there was three toilets so one was okay and we did manage to put one back on. Downstairs toilet had no light and the oven was so dirty there was lots of black smoke we had to clean it as best we could do we could use it.

The beds are terrible.It was like sleeping on spring iron and the two single beds keep moving around each time I turn around.

Electric sockets in the kitchen wouldn't work. I phoned as the fuse box is in a guests room, he said he would phone the guest. 3 hours later the guest arrived totally unaware. Luckily he was an electrician and knew what he was doing. Shared towels,

It was spacious

The beddings didn’t look clean or feel fresh. The beds were not comfortable and I didn’t like that two of my children had to sleep on one tiny single bed. It would have been helpful if there had been a another double or bunk bed. The glasses in the kitchen were not clean and I had to wash one for a drink of water. We arrived in the middle of the storm, a heavy rain and it didn’t help trying to locate the lock box or the numbers in the rain. It took me ages to open the door. I was all soaked and caught a cold.

Total lack of any clothes storage, I.e. wardrobe anywhere in the property. The only potential cupboards were full of bedding and cleaning supplies all jumbled together. Not even a couple of simple hooks on the bedroom doors. Not to mention holes in the walls and knee-high grass in the garden! Insufficient crockery for the number of guests allowed.

Where do I start. Your firstly greeted with overflowing smelly bins right next to the front door and lockbox to the keys. When I first entered Instantly knew i had made a mistake choosing this place. The carpets are stained with marks all over them. Walls had dirt and stains on them. Bins in the kitxhen was not emptied from previous occupants which stunk the whole house out. The garden was overgrown with fag ends and rubbish everywhere. Bathroom and toilets had clearly not been cleaned due to the stains on the toilets. Beds had not been changed from the previous occupants. There were brown stains and hairs in them. The sheets were old and the bottom sheet in my bed was just an old double bed sheet. You do the maths...... this place had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. Which is not only disgusting the owners think this is acceptable but we get charged £45 In the cost of hire for the cleaning. Absolute joke. When question the owners all we had back was bad attitude. Really bad attitude. The wouldnt hold there hands up to anything. Told me the stains in the bed were 'only minor stains'. They said the mess on the carpet and walls to other people partying in the house. They wouldnt acknowledge any of the other issues I raised. We booked for two nights but had to find different accommodation for our second night because of how discusting place this was. We were offered a refund for the cleaning fee which was later retracted. Please read other people's reviews as well as mine. You will notice someone else mentions about the bins. To which the owners excuse is that they didnt get emptied due to covid restrictions. There haven't been any restriction for a while now. My strong advice is do not stay here you will be very very dissapointed. Cue the bull**** from the owners below

It's spacious, neat, all basic needs are provided and in good location

The bed covering are not good, also the WiFi wasn't working, apart from this ,every other things are OK.
