My husband and I are considering moving to the Huntsville area and rented this house so that we could explore the area. It is very conveniently located to many attractions, businesses and restaurants. We were especially pleased that there is a park with hiking/biking trails and a dog park only one mile away! Our dog enjoyed the daily walks there.
The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating, and responded quickly to questions.
This house has been recently renovated/updated and is cute and comfortable. It is, however, located in an older neighborhood and not all houses have been taken care of as well as this one. That being said, we never had any issues during our stay - the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would stay there again.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The garage was plus. We enjoyed walks along the greenway directly behind the property and the convenience of nearby attractions and shopping.

The property is nice and conveniently located. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness though. Other reviews rave about how clean it was, but that was not our experience. There were no major issues, but the floors needed a good sweep and scrub and when we opened the dishwasher there was a roach! It rained heavily while we were there and the gutters are badly clogged. The whole place had a very damp feel and moist smell as well. My toddler did love the cicadas in the yard though!

I’ve stayed in several of Rosi’s properties now and she is the best host. Great communication and responsiveness and her rentals are always a nice, clean place to stay. Traveling with our dog, this is my favorite property now because of the location and proximity to the beautiful Indian Creek Greenway, which is a 6 mile trail that allows easy access to long walks and a dog park. The property also has a fenced back yard which is great for the dog too. We will always stay at one of Rosi’s properties when we come to the area.

The property was very clean and nice. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups and had a deck with furniture that was very comfortable. A short walk through the neighborhood takes you to the nature walk that is great for walking the dogs. Kitchen has enough pots and pans and dishes to use. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property.

This property was extremely clean, fully equipped kitchen, and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the dining table, which we also used for our card games. This is definitely where we will book again!

Nice value for a quick family trip to see the Space Center, Burritt on the Mountain and dinner at the Poppy & Parliament. Great memories and fun times! Much better value than a hotel and clean!

I booked the house for a multi day sports competition my teenager was participating in. We appreciated the convenience of the house and an accommodation for a late check out due to the schedule on the last day! House was clean and simple and kitchen was furnished as advertised. The weather didn’t cooperate to enjoy the back deck or the nearby greenway trail, which is certainly a nice amenity for this property.

Worked perfectly for a family trip to Huntsville. Nice neighborhood, loves the fenced in back yard, and the location for getting around to see everything the area has to offer.

Our family includes dogs and traveling with them sometimes leaves us with not so great options for where to stay - this location and home couldn’t have been better! The fenced yard, private natural space behind the house, and walking path made sure our pups got walked each day and we had plenty of space to setup their crates to ensure they and the home stayed safe while we were away doing things with local family for the holidays. Madison is a great area and put us perfectly between family in Athens and over the mountains in Huntsville for our stay. The owner was fantastic, and super responsive. The house layout has two rooms and a bath on one side and the master and en suite on the other which we loved. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we bring the pups for the security of the yard and so much more!

We came for the weekend to race at the John Hunt Cross Country Course. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything.

This was a great house for my family to stay for a few days. We were just a short drive from anything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet. Property manager is super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice home for our quick little trip. Inside was neat and super clean with some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in on a while. Host was easy to get a hold of. I don’t k it that I was a fan of the neighbors so much but my dog sure liked the area. It was close to the college and all major areas but the garage was a bit of a tight fit for our suvs during the storms. Other than that it was great!

Great place for a family to hang out while visiting Huntsville area. Home was welcoming with some snacks, water, and coffee. Had plenty of hot water for four showers. HVAC kept us comfortable even in 100+ degree days. Laundry worked well too. No complaints! Host answered questions, even random ones, promptly! Thanks so much.

The house was recently renovated and up to date. Everything was very clean. The extra blankets and pillows in the closets were a nice touch. The internet was good for my remote work needs while traveling. Having a good washer/dryer was very helpful so that we could head home with clean clothes. The air conditioning worked very well and there was plenty of hot water.

My family stayed here for a week while our older child attended camp nearby. We were able to work remotely thanks to the Wi-Fi, and had easy access to all that Huntsville has to offer. The house was just right for two adults and two kids, and stocked with everything we needed for a smooth stay.

For anyone with children participating in the US Space and Rocket programs, this property is in close proximity to the site. Additionally, property location provides easy access to key Huntsville tourist sites as well as the interstate if you choose to make day trips during your visit. Property was very clean and we had no issues during our visit. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great. We were celebrating graduation and brought our border collie; she loved the fully fenced yard! It was peaceful and the backyard was wonderful. The house had plenty of space and was stocked well, clean, and enjoyable. Thanks so much!

This house was perfect for our purposes. The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The owner was extremely communicative, and we are thankful that we were able to use the garage, especially since it rained our final day there. The location was convenient to the sites we visited. I reserved this property for my Brother and his family who live in Europe. I live local and this house was a short drive to my house so that is the primary reason I choose it. It’s in a clean, safe, and central location. Home was clean and fully stocked with everything one needs to make you feel as if you’re in your own home. The host emailed me half way through the stay and asked how things were going and if there was anything she could to let her know (a first for me in all the STR I’ve stayed in). Wonderful experience all around and I highly recommend this place for your stay in the greater Huntsville area.

The location of this home was GREAT! It was very well furnished, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances, the rooms were all comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in and out were very smooth.
The best part was our host Rosi – she was GREAT communicating with us before and during our stay and as we were leaving.
