Wow, this Condo is amazing. Very clean, everything you need for a perfect stay. The owner has did a wonderful job providing great accommodations as well as book with all the information you need to have at hand. The building in its self is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our unit was top notch and we are already looking to book with them again.

Absolutely wonderful and peaceful. We had a great time, lots of things to explore- state parks, beaches, shopping and winery

The only issue we had was the floor. Everyone in our party had black feet after walking on the floor our first day. We had to mop the floor as we could no longer deal with how dirty our feet were. I know things happen, but considering we paid for cleaning and one really doesn’t want to mop while on vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at En Soleil. The place was perfect for our family. The decor was great. However, mats in the showers would be a great. My husband and I slipped a couple of times in the master shower. Other than that we were very pleased. The view was great and the pool and proximity to the beach was on point. Would definitely stay there again.

312 east is one of the best condos my wife and I have stayed in . We have stayed in many upscale condos in Panama City over the years this property is the best by far. There are no surprises this property is exactly as it’s billed I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for the perfect vacation.

Great condo, large pool that was never crowded and a short walk to the beach.

The property is located on the east side of Panama City Beach. It is very quiet and very nice place to stay. The condo was awesome. Parking was great. The only issue is you have to wear a bracelet when you are in the public areas.

We three older adults loved our January get away in PCB. It was our 1st visit to the Emerald Coast. This condo is absolutely beautiful and has a great layout. The weather was a bit cool and the pool was cold, but walks on the beach and sunset views were perfect.

Our first impression upon arrival was wonderful. Check-in was easy and the property was beautiful. One of the main reasons that we selected this property was that we were going to be there over Christmas, and it had a fireplace listed as an amenity. When I contacted the property owner about finding the remote, I was told that it was against the rules to use the fireplace. Had we known, we may have selected a different condo for our trip. It was then that I received a message from the owner that said “Also, I should tell you they are replacing all the doors and windows. I don’t know about the noise level…” Again, definitely, something that we should have been told before booking. We arrived on Sunday and by Wednesday, I started coughing, but we were still determined to have a good time. The owner checked on us a few days later and, in the conversation, told us “Thanks for staying there. I normally have a snowbird but they were afraid the construction would cause her breathing problems.” WHAT?!? Again, why weren’t we told??? I suffer from Lymphoma and have breathing issues. Chemo has also left me immunocompromised. Let me paint a picture… With my cough and cold temps, it wasn’t conducive to sitting on the beach. No big deal, I can still sit on the balcony and relax. Cue the construction crew and jackhammering. (Noise is now also coming through the bathroom vents from the construction of a condo below us.) No big deal, I'll just go inside and look out of our big sliding glass doors. Cue what I thought was an eye infection. (Turned out to be Ocular Shingles.) So, on Sunday and Monday, I sat in the condo with the curtains pulled. Long story short, the upper-respiratory infection caused a flair in my system which sent it into crisis. There were several other smaller issues I could list, but don’t feel the need to address all of those. I sent a detailed message to the owner on Monday evening letting her know that we were leaving a day early on Tuesday. She replied that she had sent my letter to the management company and that someone would be contacting me. (I have received no contact.) She also stated that she wished we had contacted the management company and he could have moved us to a different complex. Who knew that was even an option? At the point we realized what was causing the problem, it wouldn’t have mattered where we were staying as my health was already in jeopardy. ~ A very disappointing and expensive vacation that wasn't.

great location, and great accomadations

The unit as always was very nice. Not being able to talk to anyone except by email is not so good as response time takes days for just a simple question.

Great property right on the beach. Pool and workout room included. Underground parking is convenient. It’s our second time to rent this unit and we plan to return.

This was our 4 stay at EnSoleil and we will be back. This unit was on the third floor. There are only three units per floor. I would suggest to the owner to provide guest with more storage in the bedrooms and baths. All the chest drawers were full of sheets and the top of the closets the owner was using for personal items. There is a towel bar but no hooks to hang PJ’s or robe. Over all we had a really good time with friends. Thanks you Sheila.

The security was good and liked that had under ground parking. We enjoyed having our own grill on the balcony and used it. We would definitely stay here again. Only issue I had was the bed in the master bedroom was in comfortable. It was very bouncy. I am a light sleeper and every time my husband moved I would get bounced. That was the only thing I disliked about the condo. Hopefully that can be changed out. Ranked it a 4 on the furniture due to the bed only.

The condo is very conveniently located, the facilities and neighbors are welcoming, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for a relaxing vacation. Our family has stayed at the Ensoleil for the past 16 years. This was by far our worst experience. The condo had some issues beginning with the washer not working but one day out of 7. While it’s understandable things happen , it was the manager of this property I’m giving a poor review. Very unhelpful to our family with the issues we endured. (Wi-Fi not working so we fixed that ourselves, toilet leaking, no hot water in one bathroom and very little in the other, etc) No communication or support from them at all. I will never again rent a property managed by Emerald Coat Destinations.
