Great house on the beach in Rocky point

If you want a wonderful place right on the beach with plenty of room for a big group (there were 13 of us), then this is the place for you. The owner was always available and prompt when we needed anything. Great views and plenty of beach activities to keep us all entertained. We took advantage of the meal delivery option and the food was delicious with plenty of leftovers. Overall a great experience.

Travelled to Rocky Point with 6 guys to play some golf and relax on the beach. Quick drive from Phoenix. The house was exactly as seen in the picture. The communication was always very quick. We took advantage of hiring the in house chef and his food was amazing. The housekeeper came each day to clean the house while we were out golfing. The 2 security gate houses was an added benefit to a first time visitor. Definitely would rent this house again.

This property was amazing to stay at. The location is right on the water, the house is cozy and comfortable to fit our family. We take a trip every year here and this was our first time renting this property it accommodated 5 adult, 2 kids three and up, and a three month old. Next year we will definitely be looking to rent this property again next year. The host is very kind and responsive and make the booking process very easy. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay on the beach.

We cannot say enough about how spectacular this home was and the location being directly on sandy beach! The views and sound of the ocean from the patio were breathtaking! We cannot wait to return one day and bring the pups as it was dog heaven there! We highly recommend getting a massage on the beach as well…we felt safe the entire time and never had a single issue! Thank you Boan for your kindness and for allowing us into your home!!

Memorable
The cutest little community right on the beach. Could see dolphins from our window and every room had its own unique style. It was a vacation that we will never forget. We ended up staying in the house and on the beach for the entire weekend and didn't even go out because we felt so at ease here. Boan was so helpful in the booking process and answered any questions we had very fast. we will be coming back.

One of a few homes on Sandy Beach, plus it is pet friendly. We ended up not bringing our dogs, but Sandy Beach is Dog heaven. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and a perfect size for a multi-generation family gathering. We worked with Boan the property manager to have in home chef service for three dinners that were fantastic and reasonable in cost. We really enjoyed renting the kayak. The extra suite available upstairs is very nice, newly renovated. The home is a steady rental and over time outdoor furniture and beach chairs have disappeared and need to be replaced (we did not come down from Phoenix). I want to emphasize that we had so much fun and enjoyed the location and property, it made for a great Thanksgiving celebration.

Awesome property in Puerto Penasco
Our family has an amazing stay in Rocky Point at this property. It has everything you need and the location is ideal, right in the beach. A drink vendor and massage table was literally stationed right down our steps on the beach!! I’d say the only drawback is that a few of the beds need to be replaced in the bunk area. They were put back together after being broke and when our friend ls laid down they went to the floor! The rest was awesome!!

There were 15 of us and wow was it amazing!!! The house is absolutely beautiful, perfect location, and Boan was attentive and quick to respond for anything we needed. We hired an in-person chef to cook breakfast for us every morning and it was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Highly, highly recommend!!

This was a perfect location if you want to walk out to beach.
The location was perfect. The house is beautiful. We brother rented the house next-door as well. So I had my family close, and we were all able to celebrate my 50th birthday together.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!
If I could leave 10 stars I would! The property was beautiful, clean, and so convenient being directly on the beach! The owner Boan, was very responsive, accommodating, and responded right away to any questions we had. He answered our calls and questions right away... we had massages on the patio with the ocean breeze and waves crashing in the background... we also had a surprise engagement there and it was the best location with unobstructed views of the sunset. The property is very secure and well stocked with everything you need for that perfect getaway. We also rented the casita with our stay, and the views from each window were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this property and all of the other properties that the owner owns in Costa Diamonte. We will definitely be back again soon! Thank you again for a memorable weekend!

Amazing Location
We had an amazing trip. The property manager is very responsive and friendly. It was a very beautiful home. The location is the best part.. My kids loved that they could be on the beach then go to a pool or play basketball! Not far from places to eat and activities! Definitely would stay again.

This beach house is the ideal location. Comfortable, roomy, and great layout—but the views and beach are what take your breath away. We loved the big patio, the firepit, and the hot tub. The home has all the essentials but also close to a ton of restaurants if you want to venture out. And Boan was easy to work with and very responsive. Hope to return soon!

Great Vacation & Great House!
We had 14 of us stay in the Villa Sevilla property and it was terrific. The main house and the separate casita were perfect for our group size. The home was clean and we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. We also used the Chef one night for dinner which I'd highly recommend.

Best Beach House
I rent a house every October in Rocky Point and this has been the best property yet!! Clean beach access, beautiful one story home (no crazy dangerous stairs like previous properties), A/C's and water pressure were amazing, close to town, and staff at the community was stellar!! We will use this property again!

Perfect place
We stayed at villa victoria 5 including the studio apartment. There was 4 couples and 6 kids. We had a blast. The house had everything we needed and the location is at a perfect spot. Steps aways from the beach. Boan, our host was amazing. He was so responsive and communicative with us entire time! We will definitely be booking again thru him either this house or another property! If I could give him a 10 star review I would!

We had a party of 11 stay here for a long weekend. The house was gorgeous, clean and had plenty of room for all 11 of us to sleep comfortably. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed the close location to downtown! We would definitely rent this property again.

This was a delightful stay in this wonderful beach house, equipped with everything needed to forget everything else but to enjoy the beach. The moment you enter this home, what you see is the blue sea everywhere and from that moment the joy starts.The house was very clean, everything functioning perfectly, and then the sand right there, you don't have to move and bring things, the sea is right there. On top of that, the SPA and the grill. Of course we will come back here many times. Thanks Boan for your unsurpassed help.

Have stayed in this house 3 times now. It is well maintained, in a great location, secure, and exceedingly well equipped. I found every type of pot, dish etc. that I needed. Very pretty house with a very approachable owner.

Perfect location. We were able to watch the kids from the patio. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs . We came for the annual
Bike run but enjoyed the home so much we spent the majority of our time there.

We chose this house for our small wedding as it is situated right on the beach and our guests could arrive by walking from nearby condos. The patio accommodated the tables for food and the ambience could not be beaten! The house was clean and most everything was in good working order. We would definitely stay here again!
