When you first pull into the complex you can tell that it is well kept and inviting when we opened the door to the condo it was unbelievable how beautiful and nice it was the view spectacular everything about the complex from the condo pool to the beach made for a very special Vacation.

Me, my wife and mother were very pleased with condo from the physical layout to all of the incidental amenities within the condo.
Everything from access to the ocean, pool, hot tub and the beach umbrellas and chairs allowed for pleasant stay.
It was also very comforting to know that if I needed to reach out to the condo Owner with any questions she was always available and very responsive.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is excellant. Walk to the pool or walk to the beach or sit on the deck and enjoy the view! We are already trying to plan a trip to come back. Hosts were great to work with and helped make the stay even better.

There are so many things I want to write about this amazing property but I will try to keep it concise. Area is very nice and security verifies parking pass upon entry every time. The unit was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and space to spread out. A short elevator ride and you’re at the pool. Another short walk and you’re at the beach. My biggest concern was the walk to the beach and I can assure you there is a nice air conditioned storage area on the bottom level that is well stocked with the owners beach cart, lots of chairs, beach toys, etc. several coolers available. This was one of our favorite vacations that we’ve booked in the last 5 or so years and we will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a safe, clean, family friendly rental in paradise, this is it!!! An amazing pool, hot tub, and the beach is a short walk away. The condo is roomy, clean, and fit our family of five perfectly. The view was stunning also. Definitely a five star stay!

Very clean and provides everything you need for a beach vacation. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen. Views from condo were beautiful. Beach access was also just a short walk through very well manicured landscaping. Owners were very nice & helpful and had open line of communication if any questions arise. Would highly recommend! Very comfortable and den with sofa bed could sleep a 5th and 6th person. Well equipped kitchen. A lot of metal and glass furniture (chairs and tables) are sort of easy for young children to bump into, but other than that, nicely furnished. AC unit is in middle of apartment and makes some noticeable noise when running.
Overall though, a very pleasant stay and we would surely return.

Outstanding view, great patio, loved the fact that the 'den" could be converted into a 3rd bedroom with privacy ,this was great for our 2 teenage boys.
Hosts provided EVERYTHING that was needed for a beach vacation down to the aloe vera gel I found in a cabinet.
Definitely would stay again next time we're in Naples!!

Beautiful ocean view condo
We had a wonderful two week stay at Annie’s condo. Naples Cay is a lovely, upscale gated community right on the ocean with a great pool, workout room and private beach, and located in a very convenient part of Naples. The condo was exactly as advertised and very well equipped. Having the storage unit on the ground level with all the beach chairs and umbrellas was really a plus. Check in and check out were a breeze and Annie was efficient in her communication. And the views from the condo are spectacular. Would absolutely return.

Wonderful Week
Our family spend an early Christmas at Annie and Bill's place in Naples, it was wonderful! The location was fabulous and an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect waking up to the ocean waves and enjoying breakfast on the lanai. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Pictures are very accurate. It was a peaceful week of sun and sand. Great Place (and I'm picky)
The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for dining in. Plenty of beach towels. Loved that beach gear (chairs, umbrella, kayak) available to use during our stay. The grounds and common areas well maintained. Short walk to the beach and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Owner very nice and easy to get in touch with and responsive.

The Best Rental Ever
I don't write reviews often, but I had to for this one. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every single minute. The location was superb with fantastic beach just 3 minutes walk away. The apartment was by far the cleanest we have ever rented. Everything was close by. Check in and check out-smooth and fast. Highly recommend!

A week on the beach in Naples
It was a beautiful condo, gorgeous view of the gulf of Mexico, close to restaurants, a short walk to the beach, awesome pool and jacuzzi, very clean, large balcony, large master bedroom and bathroom, and lots of storage spaces. Several couches and four TVs. Will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful two bedroom condo, both with en suite bathrooms. Beach access is easy and close. The condo is nicely appointed and the location is excellent. The view from this condo is amazing. Epic sunsets!!! I highly recommend it.

Visiting Nana for her 70th birthday
Excellent all-around. Great location - proximal to both the beach and Naples amenities. Great amenities - on-site pool and spa were great for the kids. Beautiful beach. Easy parking. Storage unit filled with lots of usable beach items. Amenities in condo were great - patio overlooking water couldn't have been better. Annie was very easy to get ahold of and was proactive about making sure things were going well while we were there. Will definitely see if this unit is available when we return.

Incredible spot
Highly recommend this vrbo! So easy to get to, amazing views from the balcony or the beach, we could see the sunset but we would walk down to the beach every night to watch it. Easy access to beach, pool and gym right in the building. 1 mile walk to shopping/restaurants. Annie was available if we needed anything. There was also anything we needed for the beach(chairs, umbrella . Etc) we definitely want to come back someday!

This is a very nice property and the unit itself is very well kept. We loved the view from the balcony and all the beach toys, chairs, etc. down in the locker area. Owners are very responsive as well. We'd definitely stay again.

A beautiful and well-maintained building and condo. Spectacular views of the golf. All the accommodations you need including pool spa and tennis court. Conveniently located for easy access to Naples shops and restaurants. The owner is very accommodating and insurers do you have a wonderful stay.
