¡¡NUEVO LISTADO!! Esta pintoresca cabaña azul en el río Guadalupe (sin vista al río desde la cabaña) entre el segundo y tercer cruce en River Road en New Braunfels. El lote cercado y cerrado está en aproximadamente 2 acres con amplio estacionamiento y lleno de deliciosos árboles de pacana para mucha sombra. Hay 145 pies de frente al río con cubiertas y una pasarela de cemento para el acceso al río. La casa tiene una zona de barbacoa / picnic privada de carbón justo detrás de la cabaña debajo de un enorme árbol de nueces. ¡El alquiler de metro está a solo unos metros! Hay 3 casas en esta propiedad cerrada que comparten el acceso al río, el Texas Star duerme 14 y tiene vistas al río. Great location and access to tubing. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels for all our guests. The only recommendation is to wash the comforters more frequently. The one on the king bed had a large stain on it as well as the matching pillow cases. The other sheets and white pillow cases were clean and fresh. Other than that, everything was comfortable and clean.

The home needs many maintenance improvements. The doors don’t close and jam. The handrail on the back porch was broken and rotten. The home had funky smell when we arrived. The bed sheets and comforters in the master room were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available to clean up. We had to buy them or make due. We spent most our time out doors so the cold a/c was nice to return to. Over all we would not stay here again.

We had an awesome 3 days with family and friends! The Bluebonnet Cabin was clean and spacious for our group of 9. Floated the river all afternoon watching the ducks and several turtles looking for people food. There was great shade under a large pecan tree by the cabin with the grill and deck. Will be back!

You need to make it very clear on your website that the AC cannot go below 74 degrees. Nights were very hot and uncomfortable in the house. If your AC freezes when you go below that the. Get a new AC unit!! Will not book that place ever again
