The whole property was very pleasant. It was clean and comfy, I don't feel the pictures did it justice. They have lots of beach stuff to use which was very helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the grill was so nice right by the ocean and pool, the view was breathtaking, all the beds were comfortable and the apartment was so spacious for our family of 8. We would definitely come back to edgewater west #25. One thing people should really do is read reviews from the individual properties and not just judge off company reviews. I read a lot of mixed reviews about how things were handled by vacasa and I was nervous about what our experience would be like but we had no issues at all. Idk if the homeowners are wonderful or what but all around it was a great time. Our code from the company was sent on time no delays and one other important thing the air-conditioning was blasting cold there were times I had to turn it up because it was so cold 😉 the pictures below are the view from the sun room in the apartment.

The only issues we had were the door didn't have a lock for the inside and my 1½year old got out so we had to put a chair up against the door which was just inconvenient getting in and out. The other thing was the glass table by the windows. We had an older gentleman with us that leaned against the table and the top popped up which was dangerous for the kids and others so we moved it for our stay to prevent any accidents. That could be a quick fix for the owners but for now people with kids those are things to be aware of when you get there but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

Loud construction in unit above that woke us up early around 8 and continued all day.

It was so close to the pool and beach, just minutes from food, shopping, entertainment.

Gnats! They were in every room you couldn't eat or drink for fighting them off

The beach front was wonderful. We liked having a pool for swimming after dark.

One toilet was dirty when we arrived. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms. The kitchen was not adequately supplied with spoons, cups and bowls for 9 people. No DVD player.

Private entry to beach with shower & hose for easy sand clean up, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool for everyone, location was fantastic for a short & easy drive to dinner or shopping, living quarters were spacious & clean, all necessities were provided, location was quiet, easy parking & check in, loved the window facing the beach to watch the dolphins in the morning.

There were gnats in the kitchen that remained for the entire stay. They weren't enough to make they stay uncomfortable but they were annoying.
