Snowcreek Condo 1554 - Newly Remodeled & Near Beautiful Mt. Hiking Trails
Este condominio de 3 dormitorios ski-in-ski-out se encuentra en Sun Valley y tendrá capacidad para hasta ocho personas. En el nivel superior encontrarás la sala, el comedor y la cocina. El salón cuenta con chimenea de leña, TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas, muebles de cuero y acceso a la terraza con parrilla de gas y vistas al monte. La cocina completamente equipada es espaciosa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hay 3 taburetes en la encimera de la cocina para asientos adicionales. En el nivel inferior del condominio se encuentra el dormitorio principal y el segundo. El principal tiene una cama King, TV de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas y acceso al área de la terraza. El baño principal tiene un tocador de lavabo individual y una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama Queen y acceso al baño del pasillo con tocador de lavabo individual y ducha solamente. Hay una lavadora / secadora en un armario en este baño.

This is a great place, especially for those with kids or just learning how to ski. The condo is ideally located next to Dollar Mountain so you can literally ski in/out. Property management is local and top notch!

Property was in a beautiful location. Property manager very responsive. Entryway in disrepair.Multiple loose bricks. Broken siding in multiple places in house. Cobwebs, dead cockroach and wasp found. Doesn't appear regularly cleaned or maintained. Very, convenient location and beautiful spot on mtn.

Great Property, But…
This was a great location and the new club house was BEAUTIFUL! But… the condo has clearly been cheaply redone. Floors are super creaky, really cheap furniture, the couch is super uncomfortable, my brother in law fixed two broken dining room chairs while we were there, and there is no railing on the main staircase which was hard for some of my older family. I don’t think that is up to code? This is NOT a kid friendly condo! Also, pictures make it seem like the deck is way bigger than it is and there is now a giant yert blocking the Mountain View. All around a great stay and great location but the condo should be priced differently.

great getaway to a true ski town
loved the location, so fun to ski the big mountain with my son, then go back after lunch out our backdoor for afternoons with the whole family on dollar mountain. Great to save some money and cook a lot of meals in the condo. Only bummer is that the walls are thin and we could hear neighbors till 3am very clearly and loud the first night. After they left the rest of the stay we had quiet neighbors and there wasn't any other late night parties.

Excellent Location!
We truly enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley. The condo is located near the Sun Valley Lodge and all of its associated amenities. Wish there was check in at the site instead of in Ketchum, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

This townhome is in the ideal location - right on the Dollar mountain lift, quick access to downtown and Sun Valley Lodge. It comes with 5 Rec passes for the Sun Valley Inn pool which was clutch for us and our kids - we used it everyday! Alpine Lodging was great with communication and easy to work with as well.
This home had everything we needed but lacked any "warmth" in its decor. The "remodeling" was a little rough around the edges - for example the baseboard heaters were replaced in the rooms but the rug and molding was never replaced. The living space lacks any rugs, and the floor gets cold in the winter. The couch was cold when you sit on it - we had to lay blankets over it. The kitchen items - there were essentials and are a little worn but functioning. The TV does not have a soundbar or external speaker so you are subject to TV sound, which was difficult for some family members to hear in the open space. None of this prevented us from having a good time but important to note.
Also - its good to note that the 3rd bedroom is technically a loft - i emailed to confirm and it is not a bedroom as they indicated (enclosed with a door) but is a loft meaning you go up the stairs there is no door and there are small openings to the living space so the sound of TV and living space travel up there easily. The room is private feeling with two queen beds and a twin trundle which was great for kids. Also - you are so close to the lifts that you will hear the snowplows beeping at night from the loft. Didn't bother us in the other rooms.
The other two rooms are downstairs on a split level from when you walk in. the master has ample space. The other room is fine - the bathroom and sink are in the hallway (the sink actually in the hallway).
Finally - we had an issue with the dryer where it would turn off after running for 5 minutes. With some research, it just needed a good lint cleaning so make sure you keep it clean if you have any iss
