Not having backup power during loadshedding. But at least those outages also gave us time to bond as a couple.

The room was beautiful and clean and very close to all anemities. The location is superb, I absolutely loved the room would definitely go back or recommend it to others, host just needs to fix a few minor problems mentioned above other than that the place is great 👍

The check-in process took a bit long, and the shower was leaking, thus splashing water all over the bathroom. There was no mop for us to wipe the water. Please buy bathroom mats as it's winter, now it's tideous to walk out of the bath or shower and step on cold wet tiles.

I don't think you guys have been to this place and assessed. I LOVED this property, I used to stay here most of the times when in town but now it's literally ran as a backyard shady house by an owner who literally spoke to me when he was smoking

The wi-fi connection was the issue though I had it sorted by myself though I advice that wifi be checked before client arrival.

I think i visited the place 3 times, i found that they packed damped laundry in the cupboards, some of the bedding and towels were still wet when we arrived, during loadshedding they did not have a back up, when we arrived our phones and laptops were flat we had to wait till electricity to come back to plug in our phones. The last time i went there was no soap in the bathroom. The room numbers are confusing and the security does not explain to the visitors directions properly, the second and third time it took me like 30 min to find the room

I just loved everything about this place ...amazing is the correct word. The host is very professional and welcoming

Nothing apart from the security at the entrance.

The room was handed over without cleaning. The dustbin was full with rubbish. The linen were not fresh. the kitchen dishes were dirty and insects were in the kitchen area. No fresh and old towels. The pool could not be used, seemed that it was not maintained for a while. The reception was not occupied during the day. The security guide was friendly but it seemed that he was not familiar with hotel guidelines. We can definitely not recommend this hotel. After complaining the housekeeping lady told us that they haven’t time to clean the apartment in advance. She did it in the evening after the first night.

The environment was cosy, simple and lovely.

I liked everything, the place was neat and welcoming.
