¡Bienvenido a Island Girl! Casa unifamiliar de nueva construcción de 4 dormitorios a pocos pasos de la playa. Esta espectacular casa tiene DOS habitaciones principales, una en la planta baja y otra en la planta superior, ambas con una cama King, dos habitaciones adicionales con camas Queen y una habitación con literas con cuatro camas XL. Duerme 12 cómodamente.

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young kids and this place was perfect. Tucked from some of the noisier spots in town but close to attractions and, best of all, entrance to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jessica was a very responsive and communicative host. We’d come back again!

Island Girl is a fabulous house just a short walk to the beach. The owner has everything that you could possibly want or need. Do not over pack. It’s truly all covered!
Our family of 12 enjoyed the trip so much. The pool and bunk room were a big hit with our six grandkids. All of the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out.
We would definitely stay here again.

This is the most equipped home I've ever stayed in. They had everything from beach chairs to a large cooler for our drinks, to a beach wagon and plenty in the kitchen for our group of 10. We loved the proximity to the beach. The owner, Jessica, was so accommodating and came to help clean our pool twice while we were there to help clear up the clarity. She also dropped off a brand new canopy within 24 hours of us being there b/c the one at the property had been broken when we arrived. Awesome house! Awesome owner!

Loved every second of our stay here!! The house is so nice and is kept up so well. Everything in the house is organized and labeled for the guests’ connivence. The private pool is the perfect size and the house is such an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Overall incredible stay. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend this property!

12 college girls had the best time at Island girl!!! Gorgeous pool and spacious living areas, not to mention immaculate cleanliness of the property!! The property manager was a very clear communicator and super helpful throughout the entire trip! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !

Owner also provides plenty of bath and beach towels. Very short walk to beautiful beach that is public but not crowded. Beach chair service with 2 chairs included. We also loved having a private pool. Owner very responsive to questions. This was an ideal family vacation spot and I would definitely love to stay here again.

The owner has labels everywhere, so it is easy to find things. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, all in great condition, much better than most VRBOs. Owner also provides plenty of bath and beach towels. Very short walk to beautiful beach that is public but not crowded. Beach chair service with 2 chairs included. We also loved having a private pool. Owner very responsive to questions. This was an ideal family vacation spot and I would definitely love to stay here again.

Not a quick drive to Pier Park or West end attractions during peak summer travel time. Host was easily accessible through text and VRBO messenger and very accommodating as we ended up arriving earlier than expected. Our family would highly recommend this host whether it be this property or another of theirs.

Excellent house and property owner!
Very pleased with our vacation in this house! The house is very nice, clean, a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Owner provides many extra conveniences not normally found with other properties.......the provided beach towels and beach chairs saved us alot of space by not having to pack these items. The beach cart was also a nice extra! The check in and check out procedures were super easy and we were even notified when the house was ready a couple of hours prior to actual check in time! Owner was extremely responsive to any inquiries we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house even better location
The house is situated a very short walk from the beach so it’s easy to go back and forth. It is also right across the street from a convenience store if you need some odds and ends. The house was in great shape and very comfortable and clean.

The downstairs room where my husband and I slept (we sent all the kids upstairs) mattress was extremely comfortable. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Short walk to the beach and had our chairs waiting for us at the edge of the water off the beach access. Everything we needed was at the house. Pool was perfect us. The downstairs room where my husband and I slept (we sent all the kids upstairs) mattress was extremely comfortable. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Great Family Vacation
Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped which was was perfect since we ate in most of the time. It was a very short walk to a great beach. We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella were set up for us. If the kids and grandkids were not playing at the beach, they were playing in the pool. It was perfect. Great vacation in a great location with a great rental. Thank you Jessica!
