Condo was above and beyond expectations. Balcony wraps around entire corner so outdoor view and experience was both roomy and private bcs 2 rooms have balcony access.
Now for the negative. Front desk is responsive to either phone or walk in 9-5. BUT they led us on that early checking was possible and then turned rude when we came back in the hour wait requested. Then got ruder and kept delaying. Finally we asked again at 15 minutes prior to 4 pm and they acted like why u ask! Of course it is ready! We had 9 people in the heat with no place to wait and then said hey dummy just go up to your room! Lesson learned. Do not ask. Do not wait. Go up to room and check!
2 issue. Called in non functioning toilet immediately and they said wait till tomorrow. They did show up next day. Toilet still runs constantly but thankfully it began to flush. We had 9 people and 2 toilets. 3 issue. Asked for more toilet paper on day 2 and they said sorry “ we are not like a hotel!” Go buy your own. Walked to Chevron and they had4 tiny rolls for $10.99 plus tax. What do u do?

Loved the condo and rate it 3 stars. We had to drive two cars and they would only give us one parking pass. We had to park the other vehicle over 3 miles away. Every time we went some where we had to go get the other vehicle and had no place to park it during the day. This is ridiculous, Seychelles should have made the parking garage larger or at least purchased land near by for overflow. HOA was not helpful at all, disappointing for such a nice condo to not have adequate parking for guest. The AC froze up and had to sleep one night with a hot humid condo. AC needs to be upgraded.

The view was amazing. Beds were nice, Kitchen was very good and well stocked. The furniture was dirty with sand in it and the arm chairs were really old and gross. I couldn’t sit in it if I didn’t have something over it. The floors were dirty. I had a crawling baby and he was always black when crawling even after I mopped the floors myself several times. We don’t walk indoors with shoes usually so this was really dirty for us.
As for Vacasa…. just wow. This has been the best service yet. They were always right there and helped us with everything that we needed. I will be booking only with Vacasa in the future.

This place was great! The only complaints I have are the bunk beds were kind of wobbly like they could fall apart at any moment and the pullout couch is awful! Both of the items should be replaced. Other than that the place was nice and the view was nicer!!

The location and balconies were awesome!!! We spent most of our time enjoying the views overlooking the beach. The furniture was nice and inviting. And it was really nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Loved our time at Seychelles resort. Family really liked the wraparound porch with views in all directions. The only draw back was parking for only one vehicle for a three bedroom unit, no spoons or tea pitcher big enough for our family. With all our chairs, tent and coolers to take to the beach no ramp is provided so had to unload buggies at the top of the stairs and reload at the bottom everyday. The check-in personal was very helpful.

Great Girls Trip!
The unit was clean except for the floor. There was sand on the floor and our feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The comode in the master bath ran all the time when flushed and you had to jiggle the handle to make it stop and there was a used paint brush in the kitchen sink so I called the manager and he sent someone while we were out and he called and said the maintenance man came and checked out the sink and it worked fine. He didn't know a sink from a comoce and he didn't get the paint brush out of the sink.

Quick trip to PCB. Bummed to find out the beach behind the condo was closed due to work on the beach. We were credited a small percentage back. The condo is nice, fit our family of 5 nicely. We will return.

Vacasa is incompetent
The condo is lovely. We have been coming here for 7 years. But the management company is incompetent. We are again locked out of our condo and have had at least 10 codes to get into our place over the 8 weeks we have been here. In today’s electronic age Vacasa has managed to go backward requiring a new code each month we are here. But their system doesn’t know how not to automatically lock our door at 11:00 AM each end of the month and then put in a code that cannot be used until 4:00 PM. And then at 4:00 PM the codes don’t work. So they play around and eventually give us an emergency code after hours of being locked out. This month they didn’t even bother to send us a new code! And just now we were given another new code, and of course it didn’t work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views and location cannot be beat. Very spacious and lovely decorated. My only suggestion is extra linens, such as blankets and towels, could use some. Or perhaps bring your own. Anyways, loved our time there. Hope to be back one day.

Great fall break stay
Room was spacious and perfect for 4 adults, 2 kids. The views were amazing and the condo was mostly up to date. Nice flooring, furniture wasn’t bad. Kitchen was very roomy. An updated washer and dryer would be nice but doesn’t make or break the experience. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Everything was good, the condo is nice but the furniture is old!! Theyneed to replace every single piece, from the dinette to the livingroom, everything is old and dirty, the microwave has rust in the door! Other than that its a nice condo, the beds are comfortable

Lovely Spacious Place
We loved our stay in unit 1709. It was very spacious for our group of 9. The furniture looks exactly like the pictures, very well kept. In addition to having 3 spacious rooms and 2 full baths I couldn't ask for more comfort. I would recommend this condo to anyone and I would prefer to stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed time with family, time at the beach (and in the pool), and time at the dinner table while staying in this fine condo. Overall cleanly and as advertised. We had no problems during our stay and will consider this location again when we come back.

Amazing 180 Degree View!
We loved this condo! The views to the Gulf, all the way down the PCB beach line, and even to the Panama City Marina area was unexpected. We're locals & know that a unit like this is rare. Great renovations & upgraded furniture. We truly want to go back to this unit! Only thing we'd ask is cleaner floors. The textured faux wood tiles might make it hard to mop all the sand but our feet were black right away... (not a deal breaker for those views!)
