Casa Buenaventura es la entrada a las Conchas y es una hermosa casa de entrada y salida, tiene 3 dormitorios y puede alojar hasta 8 personas, la hermosa decoración clásica lo hace realmente atractivo. tiene una gran cocina que está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos básicos que necesitabas, utensilios de cocina, utensilios planos y utensilios de plata, todo listo para que uses cuando cocines una comida con tu familia y amigos. El salón tiene un sofá en cuero, tiene un sofá grande y dos sillas y 1 sillas, en cuero marrón. Check in was fine. The home was nice when you first walk in. However, the shower in the master never drained while taking a shower. You could not flush your toilet paper because it is on a septic. There was not enough of the essential items either. Trash bags, paper towels, etc. All the dishes in the home were dirty and needed to be washed before use.
The beach front access was nice. It would have been better if the vendors stayed away from the home and didn’t yell at you through closed doors.

Overall, we were very pleased with the house, ease of check in and proximity to the beach. Absolutely wonderful and child friendly. We were not expecting signs posted regarding the septic system and where we needed to put our used tissue paper. But the vacation was absolutely wonderful!

Check in was fine. The shower drains were so slow that we were wading out by the end. The tap water ran out but management was as prompt as possible in resolving, which they handled as best as they could. Still, 12 hours without water. If you lease, may sure you bring trash bags, dishwasher detergent, kitchen soap, bathroom toiletries, bc the house does not have anything stocked. Also, the listing had a washer and dryer available, but the machines were not made available to us until the last day. Overall, the location was fine, the beach access was great but there was a constant flow of vendors walking by the house and the peacefulness of staying on Las Conchas versus Sandy Beach was taking away with the constant barrage of beach vendors. I know, I know, its Mexico, but still.

Well, I couldn't complain about anything during my families visit Thanksgiving 2023. The weather was great, and the water was surprisingly tolerable, extremely inviting! (Not that we swam)
Our goal was to get away from the 'turkey dinner' & the chaotic planning that this involves, and instead, relax by the beach. We did exactly that! We brought out paddleboards and had the most amazing time catching baby jellyfish, looking at all the fish below us, as we floated on the boards in the ocean. THE BEST part was on Thanksgiving day, we were able to watch the Thanksgiving football game, Packer Lions! The home had great internet, but actually SAVED us by also having Direct TV! We were able to watch this football game with NO issues at all. Thanks for sharing your home, and allowing my family to share this memory forever!

Immeditely entering the property the key broke off in the lock. The gate just pushed open. All the other doors worked properly. We reported the gate and gave them the broken key and were told we would be charged 6 dollars for the key. No biggie. The internet was out almost our entire stay. It was fixed the final night before we left. We had no internet, tv, or phone service while on the property.The property itself and location are great. Nice sandy beach right off the patio. All the conveniences of home plus extra...grill ( charcoal and propane) cookware, kayaks, chairs. The internet not working most of our stay was a major inconvenience and reason for 4/5 stars otherwise great property and location for a family trip to Rocky Point.

We got to the house and it is a beautiful house in a great spot on the beach. Very spacey. Only complaints, had to throw toilet paper in the trash (wasn’t ready for that) and the fridge and AC took a day to get cooled down.

I was worried about the check in process but it was great! Super easy and friendly. The outside patio that was facing the beach was perfect. We spent so much time on the beach because of the easy access and meal preparation was easy because the house is well equipped and convenient.

This house made our vacation. The house is beautiful with the best oceanfront patio. You feel like you are sitting on the beach without ever leaving the house. So much charm and great views. The house is very well stocked with kitchen supplies. You can’t beat the location for going into town. We can’t wait to come back!

Ah Las Conchas Beachfront does not disappoint. Had a wonderful and relaxing mid week break in this home. Enjoyed the view, weather was windy and cold for this time in March but it's been a cool winter this year. House was very comfortable. Both patios are fantastic, the beach facing and the front patio. Local massage comes to you. Check for business cards on the fridge. All were wonderful. My only comment is that the check in process was quite slow. The office seemed to have only 1 person who could take my down payment so I had to stand there until they decided someone else would receive the payment from me. I think they have a real estate function (beyond rentals) in their office. Not related to the rental but is part of the process.

We had a great time. We usually stay in the resorts on sandy beach and thought we would give this a try. The kids loved it. It is much more private. The house was perfect, all the amenities you need! Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great! Great house, great company, and great views…. I think we actually only left the place long enough to go buy groceries. Very well set up with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay!! If you love snorkeling this is the place we saw tons of fish! My 8yr old and 11yr old just learned how to snorkel and they stayed in the water for hours.
The house was clean and well stocked up in the kitchen. The air conditioner was so nice! Make sure you bring extra toilet paper we only had 2 rolls for each bathroom and we stayed 5 days. If you want extra you have to drive to casago and pick some up. Other than that it was a nice house.

The house was so clean and well stocked. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was a perfect home for our family vacation. The concierge staff helped us book a chef who made a DELICIOUS seafood feast, and were so helpful with arranging other activities like a sunset cruise. I would definitely book again!

The property was clean and well appointed. It was also beautiful - loved the exposed beams and large back deck, where we enjoyed eating family dinner. The beach was only a few steps out the back door. The only downside is that with the rocky area common for this neighborhood, we had to walk the length of a few houses to allow the kiddos to swim, but that was expected and not a big deal. Overall, great experience.

Comfortable home
We arrived at 4:30 on check in day. The AC on one side of the house was not working, so the office sent out a tech, whom arrived quickly. It took about 24 days to cool the house off, which was difficult for the people staying in the bedrooms on that side of the home.
The home was set up well, and had plenty of kitchen items to use! We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs kept in the closet as well.

Well Equipped and Beautiful Home
Everything from making reservation to communicating with staff to checking in was so smooth. The kitchen is well stocked including spices, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The only thing missing was trash bags (only had 3) and paper towels (only had 1 roll) but we called and they were promptly provided the next day. (6 people there for 5 days) There is a coffeemaker w/ filters (non Keurig). No recycling. (We've stayed in LC before - pre-pandemic and there was recycling.)
There are plenty of beach chairs, a few umbrellas, and extra beach bags in master closet for use. We were told to bring our own (kind-of a pain) and all of this ended up being there. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS! Limited bath towels. Good thing we were told to bring out own.
Great location for everything but the beach, which we knew. It's pretty rocky out front, but you can go down about 1 mile to the south or north and there is great sandy beach access. There is an abundance of beach to just hangout. Close to Malecon for shopping, eating, and partying. We ate at the Italian place on the hill - Pan e Vino - AMAZING!! Bought groceries at Sam's Club.

Fantastic Property
We had a great time, the house was everything we hoped it would be. As others have mentioned, a small closing garbage can is provided next to all of the toilets for any bathroom tissue. This isn't ideal, but we have encountered similar arrangements at other places in Mexico. A container of drinking water was waiting for us when we arrived, which was appreciated. The air conditioning kept he house as cool as we needed.
The only complain was about the check in process. We never received a check in email and had to find a security guard that directed us to the CasaGo office back in town, next to Little Cesar's. My advise, unless you are told otherwise, just stop there on the way in.
We hope to return to this house again in the future, it was fantastic!

We arranged to rent a beach house while attending a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay on the beach for 5 great days, enjoying both the rented house and Puerto Penasco as well!
