Beautiful Luxury 5 bedroom Villa with Spectacular Ocean Views
Paradiso del Mar, o el paraíso del mar, es un lujoso 5 dormitorios y 5. 5 baños que se encuentra a poco más de 5500 pies cuadrados ubicado en la comunidad de Monte Paraíso, Playa Hermosa. Al entrar en la casa, te reciben con una vista espectacular de la Bahía de Papagayo que se extiende a la piscina infinita y al espacio de entretenimiento al aire libre. En el interior tiene 5 habitaciones, todas con baños privados, una cocina abierta y espaciosa que también se une a los espacios de comedor y sala de estar. La cocina bien equipada está totalmente equipada con todo lo que un chef necesita, incluyendo encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El espacio del patio exterior ofrece múltiples niveles, así como un área de barbacoa al aire libre, área para comer y espacio en la terraza. Muchos días, los monos aulladores nativos vienen y visitan pasando el rato y comiendo las hojas de los árboles cercanos, lo cual es divertido de ver desde su patio personal. Los televisores completamente nuevos, así como el wifi y los extensores de fibra óptica mejorados, permiten a los huéspedes disfrutar de algunas de las comodidades del hogar, sin importar dónde se encuentren. El Master también incluye un amplio armario con vestidor, así como un televisor inteligente de 44 "y una sala de estar. La suite de apartamentos Toucan ofrece 2 camas gemelas que también se pueden convertir en una cama King, así como en una cama murphy Queen y área de descanso privada. Loved this house and all of my family enjoyed living in this house. It's very beautiful and has all the amenities you need/want to live and feel luxurious. The view is spectacular and enjoyed every moment we spent in this house. The master bedroom is very spacious and love it. Till date, my family remembers the stay in this house and cherish the beautiful memorize we spent together.

The home is very spacious and has views that are even better than the photos! We enjoyed grilling and eating down by the pool, and eating at the local restaurants. The home is well equipped, the grill is new and all the patio furniture is new. They sent us a list of recommendations for activities and restaurants that all turned out great. We have very active teenage kids, and they enjoyed white water rafting with RCR, the zip lines and animals at Diamanté, and the visit to Tio Leo coffee. On our own we also booked a jet ski tour and had a great time. The house was perfect for our family. The host was kind to text us a link to a local service that delivers groceries, and that was ideal after an overnight flight to Liberia (the airport is about 20-30 minutes away). We did heed the caution in a couple of reviews about the slippery tile, and it was good to know to be careful. Lots of very comfortable outdoor furniture makes the home perfect for relaxing after a busy day. While eating at the local restaurants was very good, we especially enjoyed getting fresh seafood from the local market and watching the sunset while grilling. Home is ideally situated between two beach towns, and an east drive to the LIR airport and local attractions. Great family vacation!

We had a great vacation! The house was just right for our 12 guests. It is very nicely located between 2 cities and a easy drive to the beach. The patio is a great place to sit and chat, and the pool was so relaxing. The only thing that would have made the pool better would have been the jets working in the whirl pool. The internet was great on the main level, but in the upstairs it kept turning on and off. Questions were answered very quickly when asked. Thank you to Thad and Sarah and Zindis.

Great house and view, but had some issues
We had a nice 4 night stay at this house and some things about the house were good, but several things could have been better. On the good side - the house had plenty of room for our two families (9 adults total). Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom which was very convenient. The layout of the living room / kitchen area is very convenient for a big group to hang out and eat. The view in back is spectacular - infinity pool with the ocean in the background. When we contacted Milena about issues she was consistently quick to reply. On the not so good side - to start, the house really needs some maintenance work. Some of the showers had good pressure, but three had extremely low pressure so that only a thin dribble of water came out. When we arrived the toaster didn’t work (we notified Milena and very quickly a new toaster oven showed up on the kitchen counter). Similar issues like that could be seen around the house. The two biggest problems however were the pool patio and the internet. The pool has rough stone tiles and also some very smooth finished tiles. When I say that the smooth tiles get slippery when they are wet it is an understatement. The first day one person slipped and fell, hurting his knee and foot. After that we were all very careful, but even walking extremely slowly two more people slipped and fell, both hurting themselves in the process. Eventually we realized we needed to wear shoes at all times. Anyone who rents this house should be very careful if the tiles are even slightly wet. Finally, we had frustrating problems with the internet. The day we arrived we texted Milena that the internet wasn’t working consistently. She had her IT person check it the next morning, and he fixed the mesh access point in the lower level bedroom but said the internet looked fine to him. Each day after that we text Milena to tell her the internet only worked on and off. We were told there were problems in the neighborhood with the weather, etc. Finally, on our last day she had the IT person come back and we were told he said it was working without problems. When we got back home though, we saw that he had actually reconfigured the system and removed one of the routers, and in fact thereafter it did work. Bottom line, for most of the trip we didn’t have internet and if it had been properly set up or fixed when we requested, that wouldn’t have happened.

Roomy Villa with Great View
Overall this is a very comfortable villa with amazing views of the ocean. The property is well equipped and in a beautiful, gated neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend this property but have a few comments to make the experience even better:
> Although the management office is around the corner from the home, it would have been appreciated if our large party (2 cars full) was met at the house rather than all of us having to stop at the management office to pick up keys and get the address of the property. Our driver would have called ahead when we were near so we could meet up at the house.
> The property is well equipped but needs a bit of attention - eg. some of the mugs had coffee rings and the dishes had food stuck on them and had to be hand washed before being used for the first time. They were probably washed in the dishwasher but were not spotless. The plastic cups were also probably clean but it was hard to be sure. We preferred to use only the limited number of glass cups. In the kitchen some of the cupboards are starting to come off the hinges, and the cushions on some of the outdoor furniture have been well loved. Everything is useable, but it is starting to look worn.
> Unfortunately during both of the two days we were on the property there was loud construction going on during the day at the house directly next door AND the home across the street. Next door was using a very loud power washer to wash the wall abutting the property we were renting and across the street was undergoing new construction. We understand the owners of this property do not have control over surrounding properties but anyone renting should be made aware that construction across the street is ongoing. Unlike other villas, the homes in this area are close together and the sound does impact one's ability to appreciate the outdoors.
Not withstanding the above, our multi-generational family really enjoyed our brief stay at the property. It's hard to find better views anywhere in the world!

Perfect large family home
This home has plenty of room for 10 people. It has all the utensils needed for cooking and whatever else you do in the kitchen. The view was nice. The hill leading up to the house is extremely steep as well as the driveway.

Amazing getaway
We had an amazing time in Playa Hermosa. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well maintained, beautiful inside and out.
We had a little trouble finding the check on office as it was dark by the time we made it to Playa Hermosa, but the staff was lovely and very knowledgeable.
There was lots of spices for cooking, but you'll need to buy all the condiments that you'll need.
All in all amazing place to stay, lots of activities around the area and a quick and easy trip to and from the airport.

Amazing View!
We stayed at this home for a birthday celebration with family and friends. Waking up to this view every morning was amazing. The house provided plenty of space and amenities. The property manager was very responsive and conceirge was great! Location is perfect but you will need transportation.

Lovely vacation
This house was great for our group. Plenty of room when you want some space but plenty of common areas, perfect bbq area, and a comfortable pool deck. I will say the tile floor gets very slippery when wet. The view and location are unbeatable. The security gate group was so helpful when we brought out the trash. Beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful villa with awesome view of the ocean
Stress free experience from the time we booked to the time we left. Owners were quick to respond to questions, and Zindis property management provided very detailed instructions including helpful info on booking a rental car as well as ordering groceries for our arrival. House manager was very helpful and kind, and the concierge was easy to get in touch with and arranged a next day private boating and snorkeling day for our group. Easy drive on good roads to get there.
The property is beautiful with very comfortable beds and linens. I was travelling with 5 young adults and there was plenty of room for them to have their own space and allow me some peace and quiet in my own suite. Strong wifi throughout the property.
The property is located on a hill with a beautiful vista of the ocean. You need a rental car - It is not walkable due to the height and the heat although the kids did walk down to the gate and back for their morning workout. Close to the beach and groceries by car. We went into Playa Coco for groceries to a larger supermarket and to the fish market for fresh fish. Kitchen is well equipped and the barbecue is great. We had no problems cooking good meals for the 6 of us.
The kids hired a 2 man band to play on the terrace during dinner for my birthday party. Terrace is large enough that we had room to dance
The Costa Rican people are the most friendly I have met in my travels. Very kind people. No one in our group can speak Spanish, but we got along just fine.
Most adventurous thing we did was take the Monkey Trail down to the Westin to golf. I do not recommend this unless you are a confident, calm driver as the road is in terrible condition with lots of potholes, narrow with no shoulder and we encountered some aggressive drivers. At one point you cross a dirt riverbed which was okay because we had an SUV and the river was dry at this time of year. Would not attempt at night or in rainy season!
Beaches were beautiful, although we had red tide a couple of days so no swimming. We had a tour guide (Javier from “LovingCostaRica.com”) our first day take us to the rain forest and waterfalls which was fantastic to get the lay of the land. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and truly wanted us to love his country. He even drove us to Playa Coco to show us where the supermarket was for better selection and prices.
Property was exactly as described, service was top notch and we would stay again.

Our stay here in Costa Rica and at Villa paradise del Mar was excellent
This is our second property we rented from VRBO and it's been 2for 2, we had no problems whatsoever with renting or contacting the property management or concierge. Would definitely rent again.

Ideal location for family of ten
Villa Paradiso Del Mar is a spacious property that worked beautifully for our family of grandparents, parents and young children. The design of the home enabled us to gather in small groups, find a quiet place to relax alone, or eat together. The grandchildren loved their secluded spot in the Monkey Room, and we grandparents were delighted with the luxurious master suite. The views of the beaches were even more stunning than we had anticipated. Zindis staff members were extremely responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a car, so Zindis arranged transportation to several nearby family-friendly beaches, plus a taxi to Ginger, where we enjoyed a unique dinner. The property is well situated for day trips: we took the Palo Verde National Park Boat Tour, which we booked through Two Weeks in Costa Rica. It was a memorable outing for all ages. Highly recommend Zindis Management and Villa Paradiso.

Beautiful outdoor area
This property is absolutely wonderful. The view from the patio and pool is breathtaking. The home is very large with plenty of space. However, we were unaware that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by going outside and down a metal spiral staircase. This could work for a couples trip but if there are children in your party or if you want to be able to quickly access everyone in the group that bedroom is not a great option. We had a few maintenance issues (master shower wasn’t working) which were fixed. But it did take a little bit of time. Overall though, this is a great property and I would happily stay here again!

Playa Hermosa
This was our first time in Costa Rica.We are a group of 3 couples who stayed here for 9 nights. There was plenty room for all of us. The house is great and the pool and patio area was even better. We ate every night outside down by the grill. The pictures and descriptions are spot on. The owners where great to work with when we had a change in travel plans due to flight schedule changes. We are already looking for a return date

Wonderful Stay
The house is located atop a hill, so the view out towards the bay/Hermosa beach is expansive and magnificent. The property is surrounded by trees so you feel secluded from neighboring homes. The home is located in a gated community so it feels very secure in case you have any concerns, though the whole town feels very safe and the residents quite friendly. The master suite is gigantic and has its own balcony, and same expansive views, so if you want to get away from the other guests, you certainly can. The home has a suite with a small kitchenette which may be good for elderly guests or guests with newborns that need special access to a sink and refrigerator.
I recommend a car to get around to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beaches nearby are all different and are all worth visiting. My favorite was ocotal which was more secluded and quiet. There is just one restaurant at ocotal - father rooster- which has a great beach vibe. Plenty of restaurants and bars at Coco Beach and a handful at Hermlsa. The waters at all beaches are crystal clear. Really clean. And snorkeling just off the beaches is quite good. Also highly recommend ginger restaurant which is very close by. La Casita del marisco on Hermosa was good. It's a seafood place but I had the ribeye steak there and it was fantastic.
The house has good internet and kitchen has all that you need. Pool is about 4 feet deep and is a good size to chill and splash in and take in the gorgeous views while enjoying a drink.
The folks at zindis who manage the place were top notch, very responsive to questions and needs. The owners were also very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this home and wish you a great trip to Guanacaste.
