Harsh but the sofa was very uncomfortable

Excellent location, easy to deal with, and fantastic facilities.

The only thing I couldn't find was a pen. Other than that I couldn't fault it.

sofa bed was too small for an adult and very uncomfortable. I don’t think the apartment is suitable for 3 adults, it’s probably great for a couple. my son’s legs dangled off the bottom of the sofa bed. it was extremely compact for 3 people

Second time of staying at this property and will definitely be back. So ideally located, clean and cosy. The parking space included is a real bonus and couldn’t be more safe and secure. Nick is really friendly and makes the whole process easy. Very highly recommended.

I suppose a door between the bedroom and the living room would give more privacy, but that’s just being really picky.

Excellent location for city centre. On site parking great as didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to park. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Location was superb for us. Parking was brilliant. Had everything that we needed. All instructions were clear.

Flat was very small - not clear in the photos. Initial access was awkward in the dark but full instructions given - ok once we found the actual entrance - thanks.

Nice apartment, small but clean and tidy and had all you needed for a break. Well stocked with supples if needed On the high street, so great for being so close to restaurants and bars. Coop next door which was useful too.

The outside area is a bit unkept but the apartment itself was clean. Possibly new carpets would help. Bed a little uncomfortable and pillows not great. Gets very hot in there although there is a fan to use. We had balcony open but can be a bit noisy.

The location was perfect for our visit. The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials.

The flat was beautiful & had everything we needed. Parking & the building were secure. Good location for the ferry to the Isle of Wight.

The only negative was the heat. There is no air conditioner & the flat only had a table fan. The black blinds only made it hotter.

Secure parking was reassuring. Location near ferry was what we wanted and there was a good choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment had a microwave, toaster and all usual appliances.

We didn't find the beds very comfortable

My partner and I finally stayed at Ares apartment and we really enjoyed the place. The apartment is very clean and well furnished.

The location of the appartment is prime. Very close to the port, West Quay shopping mail, there was a super market litteraly down the appartment. The appartment had everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, free parking, balcony. The appartment was fully furnished with basic things such as handwash, shampoo, food items. I do have to say the host, Nick, was exceptional. When I did call him to ask anything, he was very responsive and very helpful as well - want to thank him.

Only if the appartment had more space to put items e.g suitcase, bags. Tough it's minor but if the appartment was slightly bigger it would be nice.

A great little studio apartment in a very central location with its own balcony, ideal for my stay in a mini heatwave. Clean, well furnished and had absolutely everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the whole apartment smelled wonderful. Nick, the host, was incredibly helpful and the whole booking process was very easy. Would highly recommend. I'll be back for sure.

That the balcony doors/ windows needed a bit of a clean but other than that couldn't fault anything.
