This property was clean, spacious, and has a million dollar view. We really enjoyed the stay. One of the AC units went out on Sunday and property management was very responsive and had us up and running in a few hours.

The home was very welcoming and had all the amenities need for a fun and amazing weekend. We all had our private areas when it was time to rest and space open loving areas both outside and inside for tons of laugh's! I would definitely recommend this area if you’re looking to an amazing view both in the morning and in the evenings.

This was a good property right on Canyon Lake. The best parts were the beautiful view and massive deck. Downsides included check-in/communication (property manager required a picture of ID and credit card that could be sent only by text) and minimal stocking of items (2 Rolle of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, 2 trash bags, no dish soap, no salt/pepper). I'd be happy to pay a small amount more, but don't want to have to worry about these items and purchase them in bulk.

Lovely home with great views on Canyon Lake. Loved seeing all the deer and other wildlife. Home was perfect size for our family to spread out and enjoy their own space! Would love to visit again!

Lake levels were very low when we went, so lake did not come up to the backyard like in the photos. House was pretty and well furnished. Close to a lot of cool spots. Check-in process was very simple. Property manager was easy to get ahold of. Overall, a great place.

The house was big and beautiful and there’s plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great deck with gorgeous views. Not easy to get down to the water and actually getting into the water was not easy either. But overall it’s a beautiful home with plenty of space for large families.

My family, including three sets of parents and all our kids, were able to enjoy a wonderfully arranged living space, an amazing patio, and easy access to the lake with comfort and relaxation to spare. Over 4 nights, we BBQ'ed, played cornhole and lots of card games, and made great use of the waterfront while we used our jetskis and rented a boat from the nearby marina. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Our Lake View does have an amazing view of the lake. We really enjoyed watching all the wild life roaming around and watching the sunset over the water. The only downside was there were quite a few repairs that are needed and the home was dusty with stained carpets. The shower drain in the master bath was clogged and took over an hour to drain after use. Also, the bedding was stained. We had to wash it before use. The downstairs pull out bed was missing some springs and was not in a condition in which it could be used. There is lake access but it's down a steep hill and not good for swimming with young kids. Overall, the views were great but we will not be booking this rental again.

The house was amazing! It was very spacious for my family to enjoy our weekend vacation, had a large parking area to fit our jet ski's and boat, very peaceful with deer actually walking up to you and it had the best lake views I have ever seen.

The location of the house was wonderful, the lake view was so relaxing, the cold did not stop us from utilizing the large balcony. The house was stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils needed, as well as being very spacious. Our group had plenty of space. The only con I have is the patio was filled with spiderwebs, I thought before each guest arrived, there was a walk through by property management, the fireplace was also dirty, and both propane tanks were empty so we could not use the grill. The house smelled like it was locked up for a while, a good airing out was needed. Other than that the beds were comfy, the decor was great. I would definitely recommend this property and use again, with a few fixes, this location is perfect.

The only thing we ran out of was dish soap and trash bags. The path down to the lake needs a little trimming but an easy fix. Once we got down to the lake there were old left over beer cans by the fire pit and water. Overall it was a fantastic getaway and I would book this house again.

Some minor maintenance came up but quick to fix - outlet cover missing, water leak in bathroom and some exterior maintenance performed without notice (which surprised us a bit).A few improvements such as railing on stairs to lake would be great improvement. Would definitely stay again. I would recommend everyone brings water shoes for rocks and floats for water behind house. Ice maker in kitchen was awesome surprise as was the 1000 forks and knives.

Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Kitchen was very spacious and well supplied. Only complaint is the hike down to the water and especially back up to the house. It is not for the faint of heart. Only tried that the first day. The other days we found other places to swim.

The property was nice and as promised. The towels and items for the kitchen are sparse so you need to bring your own for a group at this house. It’s clean and the deck view is beautiful.

Both of the sliding glass doors (but especially one) were VERY HARD to slide and even the adults had difficulty. Children could not do it themselves.

This lake house was a lot of fun, it had a ton of room and we were able to fit quite a few people comfortably. The experience was the best part, everybody loved how there were deer every morning in the yard and there were little baby deer running around down by the water. Everybody in the neighborhood was very nice and there's easy access to the water from the property. We could easily throw in tubes, kayaks and paddle boards right down into the water. There is no man-made dock but there's practically a natural dock there at the bottom of the property to get into the water.
You don't feel like people come and go, you feel like you're the first people in after a nice remodel.
I would completely recommend this lake house. I think my 6-year-old daughter said it best when she said, I wish I had a time machine so we could go back to the first day of the lake trip.
