Convenient for visiting family and friends

Clean and well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to university and downtown. Friendly, helpful and responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Four ladies had a comfortable stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

The home is arranged for all the comforts with ample supply of basic and beyond basic needs. When entering the home, it was very clean. The proximity to amenities and attractions is great. Parking for one car is spacious, a second vehicle can be parked within a 1-2 block radius (the immediate block needs a neighbourhood permit from May 1st - August 31st).

This beautiful home is located in a great neighbourhood with lovely trees, just a short walk from the biking and walking paths along the Sask River. The kitchen and entire home is well equipped and comfortable. Our family of adult children also loved having their own four piece bath. It felt like home away from home.

Exactly what we were looking for! What you see in the photos is what you get; very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to and from our event on the weekend. We will highly recommend this place and down the road we’ll book this unit again.

This home had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving weekend with our family. All bedroom, bathrooms, kitchens and gathering spots were well equipped to support our needs. This is our third summer staying in Roger and Tamara's rental. Great home rental with fantastic open concept on main floor. Perfect for visiting with family. Spacious and clean bedrooms upstairs. Lovely shaded deck outside for visiting. Super location, close to grocery, parks, River landing, etc. We spent a few afternoons downtown at River landing, Victoria park, and the Meewasin trails and this home is a great location for those activities!

Host opened door from afar for me when I was having trouble with combination lock on door. Very helpful!

What a fabulous and cozy place to stay! Roger and Tamara were great to communicate with. Their place is so clean and comfortable. It is stocked with more than essentials and the small things were a nice touch! From Easter napkins to some chocolate eggs for my 3 year old to find and enjoy! It is a great central location and a nice little walk to Dlish by Tish cafe! Everything was so simple like a home away from home. We look forward to staying here again when we come for another visit.

I went to Saskatoon to take my grandsons to a week long hockey camp . I was immediately impressed at the well stocked extras that were available for the small things I forgot . Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with . The area where the house was situated was quiet and pleasant . Great location . Easy access to downtown, and 8 th street. One thing to keep to Mind when renting is there is a tenant downstairs which if you have energetic kids and it is too cold to be outside this may cause noise for them , other than that it was an excellent t place

The rental was perfect, actually bigger than we expected from the photos. The host was exceptional, very helpful throughout the initial process. We didn't need to contact the host for anything during our stay but I'm pretty sure if we'd needed to, he would've continued to be most helpful.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights while our grandson was in hospital. This was probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It was effortless to stay here. The hosts have provided absolutely everything and more than you need. Check in was a breeze with the digital lock, and everything was spotless and welcoming. The open concept living space was perfect for Grandma and Grandpa to keep an eye on the littles at all times while providing ample space for them to move about and to play. The smart TV was also very handy :). The kitchen was amazing with the full sized table as well as the breakfast bar. Everything you need including a good frying pan!! Lots of space to put your groceries. All the natural light was refreshing. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us - great beds to sleep on with nice linens and towels. 2 full bathrooms upstairs made it easy to navigate mornings. The master bedroom with the king size bed is a sanctuary. And a washer and dryer!! Made navigating clothes with 2 kids easy. My favourite thing (it's the small things) was hand soap and lotion at every single sink. That just never happens. It's a quiet established neighbourhood and we felt very safe on our evening walks and a short walk to businesses and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming and they have thought of everything to make your stay amazing. We hope to be back one day. :)

The location of this property is perfect! 15 minute walk to Broadway! Roger was easy to communicate with, checkin/checkout process was a breeze and the property was beautiful! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed at this vacation rental for the second time, in early July 2021. The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the check-in procedure was flawless. This home is tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. The central A/C was much appreciated, since it was over 30 degrees C the entire time we were in Saskatoon! Quiet neighborhood, great location, and clear communication from owners. We plan to make this our annual summer rental!

I would say the experience exceeded our expectations in every way and our expectations were very high. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, beautiful outdoor space, well equipped, beautiful decor but still very homey. Whole experience was great.
