Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful time in this lovely cabin overlooking the Mississippi River. The sunsets were great. We had fun cooking meals together, playing card games and star gazing.

This is an excellent place to stay! The view of the river is spectacular! We loved the screened in porch with the hot tub as we sat outside at night and were bug free! This cabin is a must stay if you are in the Ferryville area.

This wonderful cabin is nestled on a bluff, with amazing views. It is very thoughtfully appointed, and is central to exploring many parts of the driftless area. A gem!

View looks great online but its nothing compared to being there! The screened in hottub is genius for bug protection, although with the bon fire there isnt many bugs anyways. We came from Madison and even the drive there was beautiful, while youre in town it doesnt "feel" like youre in WI (at least the part of Madison where Im from). 10/10 will be back here again.

Spacious yet cozy cabin with great amenities, especially the views of the Mississippi from the deck, relaxing hot tub. comfortable beds, cable / WiFi, gas fireplace, etc. Watched gorgeous sunsets, stargazed, hiked up in La Crosse, and greatly enjoyed the quiet escape from civilization for a bit!

This was our family’s second stay at this cozy cabin. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub, and incredible view of the Mississippi. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and had a wonderful time. The pictures don't do the cabin justice. They look good, but it is so much better inside. The cabin is very open and has everything you could need, cookware, seasonings, towels, and most importantly, a hot tub! We really enjoyed our time in the cabin whether it was sitting by the fire or chilling in the hot tub. Sadly, it was cloudy a lot, but we did get a couple good sunsets as the cabin looks westward over the river. We also took a trip up to La Crosse one day, only about a 45 minute drive and also got breakfast in Lansing over the river on another day. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay along the Mississippi!

This property and location is a true gem. We enjoyed the view overlooking the bluff, especially during sunset while in the hot tub. The cabin was so comfy and had all the amenities you need. We cooked out a few nights, and enjoyed breakfast on the deck. So many places to see and we would love to come back in the fall. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with our family.

This house was perfect for our small family (although it could have accommodated more people). We loved the view, location, amenities and relaxed vibe. We hope to return!

A wonderful property with amazing views. The listing doesn't do it justice! The highlight of the trip was watching the fireworks from Lansing, IA from the deck! Highly recommend this property!

This cabin has absolutely everything you could ask for to get away for the weekend! We fit three adult couples very comfortably and the whole place is even bigger than we thought it would be. The hosts clearly know what they're doing - they truly do have everything there in terms of kitchen supplies and appliances (there's even a crockpot!), and there was a very thorough guide book for the surrounding area and lots of brochures for things to do. We LOVED the hot tub and we were glad that it was enclosed because we had a little bit of rain, but we had no problem continuing to enjoy the outdoors in the lower screened in porch! There were definitely other people staying at the hosts' other cabins the weekend we went but we could only barely hear them if we were outside, and we never saw anyone, so it is very private. We all agreed that the only thing we'd change next time is to stay longer so we could go do a river outing or go to a winery one day! Thanks so much again to the hosts, we had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Donna and Todd’s cabin. The view was spectacular and accommodations were very comfortable. We’re looking forward to returning this winter to take full advantage of the fire place and hot tub.

We rented the cabin as a weekend away for ourselves and two other couples. We found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable and spacious but just saying that doesn’t do it justice. For starters, the view is amazing. The house has all the amenities you could need and the decor and layout are well thought-out and provide lots of great spaces to do different things as a group (playing games, talking, fires, hot tub) or alone (reading, taking in the view, just enjoying a cup of coffee while taking in nature). The hosts were very responsive and got back to us about all of our questions very quickly. They also gave great tips about a community rummage sale (that included an art sale and a farmer’s market as well) and about the best way up to the cabin from town. The folks in Ferryville were very friendly and we recommend also going right across the river to Lansing, IA to check out Skinny Dip for ice cream and Horsfalls variety store. It was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and really provided the reset we all needed. So grateful to our hosts for sharing this wonderful spot with the world and keeping it so nice.

This is a second year we rented this house and once again were not disappointed. It has everything you need to relax and have fun. Sunset view from a jacuzzi is especially nice. House is clean, bright and well stocked. Todd and Donna are great hosts who made their place into a gem.

It was an amazing stay! The view of the Mississippi River was breathtaking. The area is very quiet. The place is super clean with just about everything you need for cooking. We look forward to coming back one day!

Comfortable beds are big on my list. Great view from the living room and loft. The cabin is nice and clean. Definitely will book this cabin again in the future.

The view from the cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the owners were very responsive when we had problems with the cover. The beds were very comfy. The couch was a tiny worn as you sink down in to it, so it wasn't very comfortable for long periods. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Had a fantastic experience - looking forward to returning! Brought in the new year with friends. The cabin is so comfortable & welcoming. We loved spending time here and were sad to leave. Donna & Todd were wonderful hosts. Great communications and the cabin was well stocked with everything needed. We look forward to returning. Highy recommend.

Very nice clean house. Beds are amazing! Not as good as the western view looking over the river though!! Definitely would go back!

Spent Father’s Day weekend with my boyfriend and a couple of our friends at this cozy, spectacular cabin. The views are breath taking, the photos don’t do justice! This cabin is fully stocked with everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. And the hot tub was a huge plus! We will definitely be coming back. A weekend we will never forget!
