Location good. Unit lacking in furniture. NO Chair/s and TV remote did not work even after replacing batteries. Small TV. Had to view from the bed, because…. There are no chairs.

It was easy to park. A decent size swimming pool but cold. Lots of towels in the room. Opposite the beach.

The pictures on booking.com are very deceptive. The complex and the apartment are so much less appealing than advertised. Very uncomfortable, creaky bed, very shabby room, tiny balcony, positioned above a shop in a parking lot.

I never did see the pool(s). We weren’t planning on using it really but maybe more info on the location is warranted.

Beach access

The room wasn’t as I thought. I was under the impression there was a kitchen. There was not. Room was kinda dirty but okay. The pool was GROSS. My 9 year old found an opened condom (wasn’t ready for that conversation) not a lot of information on how to get to your room once in gulf place. I basically paid for beach access — that’s it. I don’t believe I’ll be back. There was people legit making out groping each other in the pool to the point my 6 year old cried and was uncomfortable and refused to swim so we left and went elsewhere. Same people groping themselves their children (4 stories up) where literally throwing water bottles, food and other items off the balcony and into the pool while my little children were in the pool. I have no desire to go back!

There was no breakfast no ice machine no vending machines you had to go down an alley find a door with mailboxes and an elevator take it to the fourth floor and enter a code to get in your room

Absolutely everything there's nothing that I like maintenance came over in the morning to try to figure out how to fix the TV and when I left two days later they never ever showed up again

The code I received by email didn't work when we got there. I had to call and get a new code. The bathtub drain is very slow. And the door code stopped working very early on the morning of checkout when checkout time wasn't until 11am

The area was as expected.

The picture of the room at time of booking was beautiful but it was not the same room when we arrived. Very disappointing in every aspect. We felt as if we were the victims of a 'bait and switch'

Shower had no hot water. Could only take one bath a day bc hardly no hot water. Light didn’t work over bathroom sink. Tv only worked for about 5-10 minutes and would then freeze up; had to keep turning it on and off. Back door wouldn’t lock bc deadbolt was broke. Light switch in spare bedroom wouldn’t work. Plug for computer next to tv wouldn’t work.

I absolutely loved the view! the location was absolutely perfect. clean and tidy place. we will absolutely be back!!!

Sunshine Coffee was very easy to work with and hours were good. Service was friendly.

1. Extremely hard to find and leasing agency was remote. Once contracted forwarded entry information etc. that should have been in hand. 2. No in room coffee, water etc. Cheap. 3. Front door difficult to access. Needs adjusting. 4. Very noisy and location at elevator was poor. Interior hallway and exterior. Adjacent room conversations could be heard and noisy. Just very poor quality. 5. Pillow quality sucked. 6. Dated and should be gutted. 7. Very noisy exterior with traffic, bands etc. 8. Food quality for walking distance restaurants was poor.

The location is excellent and we have stayed on the property many times. 417 is very small and poorly furnished.
