The property was perfect for our needs. Great location and steps to the beautiful and clean beach. The location was perfect for walking to everything but also staying out of the hustle and bustle. Loved being on the ground floor and having no steps in a high rise. Overall, we will be back.

Easy access to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had Hulu available to watch movies. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the beach. Sunsets were beautiful. Easy access to several restaurants with live music. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

We loved our stay here! Such a prime location for anyone looking to be close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We walked 10 miles every day of our stay. There is so much to see and do. Mary was a wonderful, gracious host and very communicative. The bungalow was perfectly stocked and clean, and we appreciated the little extras like access to beach umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys. We will definitely book here again!!

For us, this was a perfect location! We were steps from the beautiful white sand of Clearwater Beach! It was a quiet street but walkable to restaurants and shops. (Noise from construction was annoying but not the fault of the rental owner.) Bungalow was cute and small. It had everything we needed

Small but loved the location on North end of beach. Washer & dryer, grill & patio is always a must for us. Bonus was having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler & even sand toys. Our only con was having a queen size bed that set low to the ground. We stayed a month so was a long spell without a king bed. We had a couple minor issues but host was quick to respond to resolve.

Having lived in Clearwater, I looked for a place to stay just north of the shops and restaurants on Mandalay Blvd., the main area of Clearwater Beach. This idyllic cottage was exactly where I wanted to be…and walking distance to Frenchy’s original beach bar/restaurant. So, great location, great plan to stay!

Very well located property within easy walking distance to the beach and to downtown. Also in a residential neighborhood well suited for walking or running. The kitchen area served us well for meal preparations. This id our second stay at this property and we look forward to our third stay!!

We had a great visit in Clearwater at this cottage. Great location in that it was a bit away from the busier parts of town yet easily walkable to bars, restaurants etc. Only a 1 minute walk to beautiful beach. Mary was a great host. Cottage had everything needed and was very clean. Can’t wait to go back!

The cottage we originally had reserved had an issue with the water. Mary contacted us immediately and put us in the cottage next door. The cottage was lovely. It was nice to have detergent pods for the washer as well as the basics for kitchen use. Beach towels and extra bath towels were nice. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect The beach was 75 feet from our front door. Will definitely visit again.

Location is perfect and we will return next year for the 4th year!

Wonderful stay at this very cute cottage. Very short walk to the beach and sunsets were amazing! Loved my stay here and will be back! I was glad that I had a car… restaurants were close, but in the heat it was a further walk than I wanted.

This is our second time booking with Mary in Clearwater. Both times have been amazing, and we can’t wait to do it again! This location is great!

Wonderful location and cute place. Clean and well stocked. Everything you need for the beach. Would have given a 5 but one concern, the laminate floors are shifting and cracking/breaking. It also appears moisture damage on all baseboards-I don’t know if the place flooded once or if moisture is an ongoing problem but I worry if not addressed it will ruin a great place.

This cottage was the perfect location, and the perfect size for me and my two kids to have a little getaway! Far enough from the big resorts to have room to breathe on the beach, but close enough to walk into the center of it all if you need the action. It was comfortable, clean, exactly what we expected.

Great place for a small family. Easy walk to the beach and near by restaurants. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved and managed by the property team. Overall great simple place to stay. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! Location was perfect! Seconds to the gorgeous white sand beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Check in was very easy and the bungalow very clean. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Everything was provided which was a huge plus since we traveled far. The beach was amazing and the sunsets were beautiful! Mary was a great host and answered any question we had right away. We would highly recommend the beach bungalow!

Terrific location. Walk was as close as any hotel. Cottage had all of the amenities, as well as whatever necessities we would need for the beach. We had one issue when the battery-operated lock went out, but Mary responded quickly and even had a back-up solution that resolved the issue immediately. We would definitely come back.

Overall, our stay was great! I stayed with my husband and twin 2 year olds. They slept in their pack and plays in the bedroom and husband and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was so comfy! Walking distance to the beach and so convenient! We didn’t realize there was a hose out front to be able to wash off sand until the day of our check out 😅 but regardless we had an amazing time! We will be back!

We are giving this a 5 star even though we couldn't stay past the 1st night. The cottage had flooded from a pipe issue in kitchen. The owner was very apologetic and refunded our money as it wasn't liveable. It was a very cute clean cottage. Wish we could have stayed. These situations happen and we just had to adapt our vacation plans.

This was a nice, cozy place that was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short beach getaway. The cabin is tucked away from too much direct sunlight, and as a result it stayed nice and cool. TVs in the main room and bedroom were a nice touch, as were the washer and dryer in the unit. The best part though, was that it was literally 50 feet from the beach. We parked our car and didn’t drive all weekend as everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend for couples, and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

This cozy little Clearwater cottage was actually much nicer and even closer to the beach than we expected. It's been completely updated and was so comfortable for me and my daughter. We were in walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Mary was a wonderful host and got back to us quickly with the few questions we had. We would stay here again and again!
