Great house in a wonderful neighborhood with all of the amenities overlooking Lake Lanier!

My husband and I booked this house for us and our kids and their spouses. It was a perfect July 4 getaway! There was plenty of space for sleeping, playing, and relaxing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The garage was stocked with lots of floats, kayaks, and life vest. We rented a boat and were able to dock it out on the boat dock. We hope to make it back one day!

We plan o booking again next year.

Property worked well for our family

I rented this property for my daughter and I from Florida, daughter and her spouse in VT, and step daughter with her husband and my grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holiday. This house is set up for the spacial privacy for everyone, We found the property to be very comfortable, clean and private. Our host, Laura was attentive to our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful, family oriented place to vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is beautiful with several different living areas, all very comfortable. Situated right on the lake, there were open areas to visualize the lake from the deck was a big plus as well. The one thing to caution future guests that may have mobility issues is the stairs leading down to the dock were uneven and a bit rickety, with a big step down to land, and then another big step up to the dock itself. This might not be an issue when the lake is at full pool, but did present some challenges for us older parents whose knees don’t work as well, lol. However, the property and house was beautiful and we would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

This was our second stay at this beautiful lake home! The house is clean, well-equipped and plenty spacious for our group of 7 adults! Highly recommend!

This property is fantastic and has everything you could want and more. Beautifully decorated and very clean with just about any amenity you could ask for. Great location with good views of the lake and a walkable and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time on the dock and in the hot tub, out in the kayak and lounging inside. Sure hope we can return soon!

Stayed with family including elderly. They were able to walk to the dock which was very nice. Home is clean and very updated. Two refrigerators was nice. TV's everywhere....wonderful views of the lake from the bedrooms.

This beautiful lake house was great!! There was plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor room for our family to spread out. We loved that we could walk out to the lake and get right into the water. The boat dock was nearby as were the grocery, restaurants, water park and other attractions for our 1 and 2 year-old grandchildren. We did have to be extra cautious with the little ones near the stairs and near the boat dock. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation.

This house felt like home the moment we arrived. Clean, comfortable and exceeded all expectations. I'd highly recommend it and hope to return!

We had family from 4 different states get together and stay at this amazing property. The pictures do not serve the place any justice. The kitchen was fully stocked and every single room had streaming TVs in them. We didn’t spend much time at all watching TV as there was so much to do outside in the yard, dock, or lake. We brought a boat and the location was perfect for the kids to swim and do some tubing. We hope to come back next year as all ages had a great time and the kids were asking to go back next summer!

Our entire family filled up the house and created many memories. Easy to get into town and sightsee and the deep water was great for swimming as well as beautiful and calm on a holiday weekend. Hope to bring the family back next year!!!.

This home is located on a quiet street, situated on a hill with a nice view of the lake, and close to the public boat ramp. The home was quite spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 8. We all enjoyed our time. There is plenty to do in and around the home - air hockey, pool, hot tub, lake activities. Everyone kept commenting on the nice home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

This house had everything - lots of room to spread out, fire pit for s’mores, hot tub for chillin’, even a swing on the dock to take it in the lake. Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely rent again.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The best part of the house was having three king beds to choose from, each with their own bathroom and tv which is great for couples or families traveling together. Everything was clean, cozy, and well stocked. We were unfamiliar with the lake, and did not realize how far away many of the lake attractions would be from the house (like Margaritaville) but enjoyed our long boat rides looking at all the other beautiful properties on the lake going back and forth.

While it has a small-town feel, Uber eats was great and the supermarkets were just like home (Miami!) YOu can't help but post the beautiful scenery on social media and all my friends kept asking me "Where was that place! It was spectacular!" If there was one thing I could change - wish it would not have rained 2 days of the 5. Thank you Laura for being so accommodating and welcoming.

I'm very picky about where we stay. This place was spotless and extremely spread out for 7 of us. The views of the lake from the kitchen and deck are amazing. There is a nice sized TV's in every room! They thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
