The Host called me 2 days before the arrival to cancel my reservation due to an electricity cut. He had enough time to resolve the problem but just canceled the reservation and refunded me directly to my bank account which is very wrong and suspicious. I had just one day to search for and book another apartment.

Mattress was absolutely disgusting. Shower really smelly.

Location is great.

The location was perfect for what we needed and the parking in the huge car park opposite was easy and a fair price.

The apartment felt and looked dirty. The bedding was screwed up in the wardrobe from the previous people. Luckily we had been travelling for a few days and has our own bedding with us as we would never had used theirs. There was one large saucepan and when we went to use it to cook the whole bottom of the pan was burn with food. There were no knives to eat with, only forks and spoons and the previous persons rubbish was still in the bin. When I raised some of the issues with the host I was very disappointed with his response ' you have another bin and another cooking vessel (a tiny milk pan) so whats the problem?' It's a shame as the property is in such a great location that the hosts don't give the apartment the attention it needs and could really maximise the place. We booked it for my sons 5th birthday and we had enough fun in the area of Varna to make up for the disappointment in the apartment.

The location is excellent.Very close to the beach, to Port Varna and the restaurants and clubs. Also 10 min away from the train station and 5 min away from a grocery shop and a pharmacy. Spacious apartment, well-equipped,in a quiet place. A longtime stay is possible. The communication with the owner is easy. I really enjoyed my stay!

Location is very good.

Apartment is mostly for summer times. For winter they should repair bedroom airconditioner and hot water. They told us they would repair immediately but unfortunately we did not stay long. I guess all is fixed already :)

The location is excellent, about 5 mins walk to the beach, the apartment is also close to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. Timely response, our host was very attentive to our requests and made sure to deliver on them all, he provided the things we asked for and on time too.

Nothing really, at first a few things weren't in order like shown on the reservation but when we got there and asked they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as we wanted.
