I liked the how quite and clean the place was, well organized.

The toilet would not flush properly on the 5th floor, front desk promised to send someone in to check it, but no one came.

Very clean, very comfortable and the the "feel" was very relaxing.

There were actually banners in the lobby about this wonderful breakfast for $6 and it was non-existent. The Host at the breakfast location said well it's actually $9 and it didn't look very inviting. Also there were not adequate luggage carts, several of us could not find any upon check out.

It was close to Parkview hospital where I could be close to a family member that was in ICU

When I went down for breakfast on the 2nd day I was asked if I was in the right place and what was my room #. When a lady walked in behind me she was told to “help yourself”. When I inquired at the front desk about being treated differently I was told that it was “just my opinion”. I paid $135 a night to be insulted by the staff

The hot water sucks. They wouldn't clean the room unless u told them. I've never heard that with a 2 day stay.

This location is fairly new, very clean, conveniently located near the highway and town, and has a nice aesthetic. There is a nice restaurant and impressive gym, pool, and laundry facilities. The hotel rooms are a nice size, have plenty of writing room, and are very well appointed. We will stay here again.

The bathroom doors are ridiculous. They are sliding barn doors on a track and do not close entirely. This is by design. Totally inappropriate for a hotel room. If you are traveling with someone and don’t intend for them too see you in the shower or on the toilet this is not for you. Additionally, the staff were quite underwhelming. The night staff did not know where anything was, what the cost if the sundries were or where to find that. There were no shower caps and the staff member had a very dismissive attitude about that and the fact that the room was out of shower gel. I was disappointed with the guest service approach this time.

The breakfast and ability to late check out were nice.

The room wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair all over the floor and some on the counter. The white towel I used to clean up shower water from the floor, was filthy after.

I liked the location close to the expressway, but not the noise of it. Overall pretty clean.

Quite noisy doors, so starting at 5:45 AM squeaky doors up and down the hall along with them slamming for over an hour. Dust falling down from bathroom fan. Dust on clothes when pressing off clothes for a funeral from the iron. No signal on TV and did not get fixed even though they knew about it Thursday AM. Charged regular price even though booked at discounted price. Did change price once I showed them my booking e-mail.

overall clean atmosphere, everyone was friendly.

the hotel booked the wrong room type the first night but they did put me in a room at home2 for the night, I had to check out the next day and check back into a different room including moving my family. it was inconvenient but given the difficulty I encountered trying to make the reservation in the first place, I was disappointed and the food was terrible. I did not use any of the included breakfasts because of the food I got from room service on my first day.

The property was great with everything one would need for a short or long stay…. bar, restaurant, gym, pool, two breakfast areas, and an area that sold snacks, wine, etc.

When we arrived in our room, I noticed trash from the previous occupant that had not been removed.

The facility was clean and new and well decorated.

Hotel was beautiful but concerning security issues especially as a female traveling alone. I was woken from my sleep by someone entering my room. The front desk called later (waking me up again) to let me know that my room had accidentally been booked to another guest who had arrived that night. It took me a long time for me to relax and fall back asleep which was not ideal being that I was in town visiting my mom at the hospital. Instead of being able to retreat to a peaceful hotel stay after a stressful day, I was up most of the night and felt unsafe and unsettled. I called customer service and was told they were sorry and this kind of thing doesn’t happen very often (not very reassuring response). They said a manager would reach out in two days but I haven’t heard from anyone yet and it has been over a week.
