We really enjoyed this condo. The only drawback was you need more understanding security. My son came in and promptly secured paid parking and the security guard didn’t waste any time giving him a yellow warning. Maybe let people know when booking where someone else can do the paid parking in initial check in as we had 3 cars since others came out of state..

This was a great condo! Check-in was quick and easy, condo was clean with plenty of space. Love the location as it’s quiet and away from the pool noise but still super close to the beach, pickleball courts and pools. Kitchen had basic supplies and there is a closet with beach supplies. The only thing I would change is the balcony cushions need a good cleaning. We will definitely return!

Very outdated, I felt like it was dirty, all the walls were dirty. When you walk in the smell in the condo is terrible. Looks better in pictures for sure. Location was about the best I can say to be honest.

Location and size was awesome! Only complaint I have is that the kitchen cabinets were dirty around the handles. lil sticky. But everything else was AMAZING! Would DEF stay here again. I put it on my list for future stays.

The place looked great. We got there and it was everything it says it was. The company communicated well and it was very clean. Then the sh*t hit the fan.
On the first day, maintenance came in and said there was a leak a few floors up that had reached out condo. So they brought in this really loud dehumidifier for the front area near the kitchen and a huge one for the living area that was load when it emptied the water it collected.
I bet you are wondering how it emptied the water?
They had a very long tube that ran from the big contraption, along the counter, and down the sink.
Didn't that get in or way; you ask?
Why, yes it did. All while we were yelling at each other over the noise. They finally came to remove the humidifiers the day before we left.
The place couldn't even bother giving us a small discount or something. All we got when we left were ears ringing from the constant loud noise the whole time and a thank you for our patience.

This condo was everything we wanted and more! Loved the location, very clean. It was an absolute pleasure working with the staff, they made everything very easy, and when we asked if we could extend our stay they made that process so easy. The only thing I would suggest is that they consider purchasing new bed pillows for all the bedrooms. We did find 2 in the closet that we could use, otherwise we may have had to go to walmart and purchase a couple of pillows to sleep on. (Yes, all the pillows really are that bad). But that was truly the only complaint everything else was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and very clean. Our favorite part was the view from the balcony - perfect! It is not over a pool or common area so quiet but low enough to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well-supplied for cooking in. The management team was fabulous. Very efficient check in and check out. We rented for 15 days and could not have been happier. The only negative was the fitness area for The Palms was a crowded hall with two treadmills , an elliptical and no weights. We had good weather so managed without it.

We stayed here for Fall Break, and it was one of the best condos we had ever stayed in. Nice, clean, beautiful. We will be staying here again.

The condo was just as pictured. There were 5 adults in our group. There was plenty of seating in the livingroom and on the spacious lanai. We had a beautiful view. We were close enough to the ocean you could hear it from the lanai. We saw dolphins every morning. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on our morning walks on the beach.! It was beautiful! The building was clean and well kept. Restaurants and grocery stores were just a shirt drive. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed this unit so much that we didn’t want to leave. Clean and inviting space on the 2nd floor and so close to the beach. Loved being able to use the stairs instead of elevators. We would definitely recommend The Palms.

Birthday Get Away
Our stay was fantastic. The condo was clean and very spacious. We loved the kitchen, it has everything you need and more. The rooms were great, only thing I could say is thicker pillows. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to use such a wonderful place!

Run far away from this condo!
Horrible experience. Walked in to what was supposed to be an inspected and cleaned room, broken glass and rusty silverware left everywhere, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, questionable linens, half of the decorative pillows gone, the furniture is falling apart in the living room and extremely outdated, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the fridge wasn’t working and needed repaired.... Remember how I said it was supposed to be inspected BEFORE we got there? They actually said it would be inspected 2-3 times before. After we had been checked in a few HOURS someone then brought us our check in packet with parking passes and information. I needed immediate assistance upon check in as well, called every number listed and got a text back from the office after a good wait period... This company is a joke and I won’t ever do business with them again. Trying to get ahold of someone was a nightmare too!!! And they would call, and then tell me they would call and get back with me and NEVER follow through. I would be ashamed to put my condo with Alabama Getaway and VRBO. The standards they have been held to at this rental is incredibly low.

Disappointed
Property owner did not fully communicate extra hidden fees until day of check in for parking. There were fruit flies in the unit from the moment we checked in until we left. The restroom had seen better days and could use some “love” in the cosmetic dept.

Nice Trip
The condo was nice. The only problem was the presence of FLY FLIES! They were in the condo when we arrived. We reported them twice. We were told they would report the problem to the HOA. They continued to multiply. We left no food on counters that my have attracted them. I believe the close proximity to the garbage drop may have been where they were coming from. They were even more present outside the condo door.

Softball week and vacation
This was my first time to visit Orange Beach. We were there for Softball Nationals but also made it our vacation. The beach was so clean and right outside our condo. It was clean and a short car drive from restaurants and shopping. I would go back there again.

Had to cut our trip short because of the tropical storm. Only negative for us was that the unit should have been cleaner (floor, some of the cookware)

Beach Trip
The property is older and had some construction going on. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a spacious balcony with a great view. We did have a issue with cockroaches at night on the balcony. We didn’t see any inside the unit. I believe it is definitely time to upgrade mattress in king bed. Hope this review is helpful.

There was a few issues when we arrived but they were immediately resolved. I'd say the floor could of been cleaner because when we arrived we took our shoes off at the door And walked through the condo,
and there was stuff sticking to my feet I'm gonna say it was probably sand, possibly dirt as when I picked my daughter up her feet were filthy on the bottom. One elevator worked the other one worked but didn't take you to first floor so check out was terrible! As everyone was trying to use one tiny elevator with luggage carts to leave. So stairs wasn't an option. The entire stay the elevator didn't work they just put up a sign. Other than the unclean floors and terrible elevator issues, the condo had everything you could need in there for a great stay beds comfy. Not sure if I would be booking this condo again or not. But more than likely not.

Girls beach trip
We absolutely loved the condo! The location was amazing, a very short walk to the beach. Also loved having the stairs so close, made the walk to the beach in less than 3 min!! The condo had all the Amenities we needed and a gorgeous view. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

The condo had a great view, you could sit on the deck or in the living room with the sliding door open and enjoy the ocean, best part of all.Condo was decorated very nice, bed was very comfortable, kitchen has everything needed. The only negatives are VERY low vanities, I’d say about 30” tall, can’t imagine why they would do that. And the couch and loveseat need to be replaced, no support left in them.Outside halls and elevators were very dirty but condo owner probably can’t control that, you would think somebody would do a better job maintaining that area though. Not sure I would stay here again because of the negatives that I stated. We stayed in the room a lot so comfy furniture is important.
