The property was perfect for our "golden bachelorette" celebration. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The common spaces were great for gathering and enjoying laughter. Views from the rooftop were awesome.

This property was perfect. Plenty of room for our group and the roof top was perfect to unwind and enjoy the view of the city. Everything was as described and wanted for nothing. Thanks to our host for an amazing stay.

Our family of 7 had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was new and clean. Loved having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Rooftop porch was fun and a great view!

We had a great stay!!! The place was clean and beautiful! Really enjoyed the evenings on the roof! Location was awesome! Close to everything in town and felt really safe the whole time! Jane was great with all the communications we had! Would definitely stay again.

Overall the accommodations was nice. Having 4 rooms with each have private bath. Biggest complaint we had was the couch in the living room. It was a hot mess. Held together with duct tape, lol. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning Lots of areas that have not been cleaned in awhile. The outside of the building with all the trash cans that were everywhere made it seem kinda trashy as cans were overflowing and some tipped over causing trash to fly up and down the streets. Communication with host was great though. Overall we loved the property just surprised the couch was in such disarray.

My husband and I, our teenage/adult kids and our dogs had a fantastic stay at this property between Christmas and New Year’s Eve! The property is very spacious for our party of 6 and the location is great! We were less than 10 minutes from Broadway and only a short drive over to the Opry Mills area. Also Jane, the manager was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, great property!

Check in and check out were easy and the host’s communication was excellent. Property was clean, included everything in the listing, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. Perfect space for spending new years with friends and allowed easy travel to downtown. Can’t recommend staying here enough, you will love it!

We loved the house - it was just what we needed in terms of space, location, and "vibe"(the rooftop was awesome!). The communication was excellent and we felt very welcomed. The bathrooms and kitchen were especially stunning and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Really nice house. The neighborhood gets a little bit loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but the house is super well insulated. Great spot. Would come back again

This place is very cute. As adults, we would never go somewhere and share bathrooms with other couples. That’s just our thing. So the fact that each couple had their own bathroom was perfect!
The place is very comfortable, and had everything we needed. And we definitely loved hanging out on the rooftop!
Oh! And we thought the master bedroom’s bed was very comfy!

Perfect home base for a weekend bachelor party. Lots of beds and an awesome rooftop hangout spot. The kitchen and living room were large enough for all 9 of us to hang out in when we were just killing time. The ping pong table in the basement was an awesome touch as well. Great location to Broadway (only like a $8 ride if you catch it on non-surge prices). All the buildings surrounding this one were full of other bachelor/bachelorette parties as well.

Very accommodating and clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop to view the fireworks, sunrise and sunset. The host was very quick to reply when asked about things. Close to downtown.

We were in town for a dance competition. We were Looking for space for our family of 7, a place that didn’t mind if someone stopped by (we were trading kids all week for sleepovers), an easy check-in process and a good location.
This being our 3rd time to Nashville (1st with the kids) we wanted something close to everything but far enough from Broadway that we didn’t have to explain to them what the nightlife was all about. It checked all of the boxes and then some. We’d be back for sure!

There were 12 at part of a family group celebrating a high school graduation. We loved the property, it was convenient to the ceremony and came back to have dinner on site. It was lovely space for everyone bincluding the entertainment area up top. Would definitely read again.

This was the perfect home base for a reunion of old high school friends in Nashville, filled with amenities and room to spread out and relax. Loved the incredible rooftops with great views of the city, the fully stocked kitchen, numerous bedrooms and the gameroom in the basement. Incredibly clean, organized and well run. Easy to get to all the main sites in Nashville from the house. Hope to return!

Stayed here for my bachelor party of 10. Was plenty enough room for that size. A great location and an apparent spot for other bachelor/bachelorette parties and their stays—practically a complex for such.
The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was as seamless as it could be.

We came with my in-laws to visit my son. Our family had ample space. We prepared a full Thanksgiving meal- the oven and stove worked great! We brought many supplies with us as we weren’t sure what would be stocked in the kitchen. I’m glad we did as there were not a lot of extras. Plenty of glassware and plates/bowls. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Our host was so accommodating! The place is absolutely beautiful with a view of downtown Nashville! The location was perfect. We could actually walk to a lot of things or it was a short drive! I Definitely Recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is spacious and had just enough room for everyone to move around. It’s in a decent area in town and it is secluded so you can still have your own privacy. The check-in/check-out process was really easy and everything was mapped out pretty well. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Time
My family and I went to Nashville for my cousins 40th Birthday and we had an amazing time. The rental property was easy to get to and Jane was awesome! She was able to get us in early which just made our trip even better. The property is easily located to the Broadway area where we had great drinks and food. We would totally stay here again as it has enough room for all of us! The rooftop was awesome too!

Great space for large group - would rent again
I would rent this place again. It was exactly as advertised and very accommodating. Easy commute downtown and around Nashville. Could walk to sandbar Nashville or sump coffee. Got groceries and such delivered through Instacart. Rooftop was cool, had plenty of chairs. Game room was a fun hangout spot as well. Kitchen had plenty of space, dishware, etc for meals and when we were on the go. Bedrooms were perfect.

Best in Nashville
We’ve been to Nashville a few times to visit family and every time we have stayed here, we have rented a house. I have to say, by far, this was the best house we stayed in. Not only enough space for my entire family (and extended family) but also very clean. Location was fantastic as far as getting around Nashville and even a drive to Franklin (where family lives) was super easy. Jane made excellent communication with me and answered all my questions before and during our stay. The rooftop deck was definitely a perk and we enjoyed some quiet evenings up there. We brought our baby monitor and made sure we can keep an eye on the baby yet enjoy the view from the top deck. Thank you for making our most recent stay in Nashville enjoyable. Whenever we return to Nashville, we will definitely check out to see if this home is available.

Great stay in Nashville
The town house was very nice and our family really enjoyed all the space. Parents brought Thanksgiving day to our adult children who live in Nashville. There was so much space for our party of 9 and we could easily had another 5 join in.
