Rooms are clean and big. Easy to reach.

We are offered a different apartment than what we booked, and we were told that booked apartment was not vacated by previous occupants. Also, new apartment is more than Rs 1200 than the booked apartment.

All the time phone was busy. very hard to connect. It was cancled by them, they suggested alternate, allocated room after paying 50% as advance (price is more than the initial one), I have updated several times about my check in time they shared room details, but that room allocated to others. Finally we got other location at night 1.00am. that also not sufficient for us we struggle a lot with kids.

Nothing. It was a big mistake to book this hotel.

The owner has cancelled the booking by his own. He did it a day before without any reason. He was offering other rooms instead of this. He was repeatedly asking me to cancel the booking. It was not cancel from my end. So I have not cancelled it. Its not trustworthy. Kindly do not book this hotel. It was kaos runtime to find other hotel.

Only the location

Contact person was irresponsible, he forced to change the property for more price.(Suverna Elite). Room was dirty. No kitchenwares inthe kitchen Bathroom consumables are not placed Ac not working properly. Tv is not recharged Contact person 9632247471 is not attending the call in almost all times.

Actually I booked this hotel , But last time they changed other place with our openion.New place better to stay . Nearer to city .

Only to find the place at night difficult . After call to find the place.Lift not working.
