The property was beautiful, love the decor.

There was old used smelly socks in the bedroom closet, the microwave was old and had rust on the inside. One night of my stay there was a storm that knocked out the power for hours. I called the host to let him know that I was leaving the property for the night and if there was another way to lock the door, being that the lock was electric. He answered the phone very rudely and unprofessional. I will not be booking again.

Even though I didn't have time to cook, I did appreciate all the cookware and space of the kitchen

The location was perfect for where we needed, and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to use this air bnb again, if available! This home exceeded our expectations.

They charged $105 for cleaning fee!!! Yet several days after the reservation, but just two days before we were scheduled to arrive, they sent the following message: "We hope you are enjoying your stay. In preparation for your departure tomorrow, we've included the check-out instructions below: • Pull all linen off of used beds and place in laundry baskets or floor • Place all used towels & wash clothes in laundry baskets or floor • Empty all trash cans & take garbage to garbage bin located outside • Empty refrigerator of all personal items. • Wash or place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on (detergent is under the sink) • Close all downstairs blinds •Turn off all lights • Set both thermostats to 78 degrees in the summer and 63 degrees in the winter • Ensure that all doors are locked. Thanks" Seemed ridiculous to us to have to pay $105 and yet do all of things, none of which are required at any hotel. Stay away from this place. You'd be better off in a hotel. Also, even though we requested to cancel the reservation as soon as we read that message (2 days before the reservation was shceduled to begin), the hosts and Booking.com refused to issue a full refund. After this experience, we will not be using booking.com ever again.

The place is adorable, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a couple.

The neighborhood isn't the greatest (heard a lot of gunfire!) but it is close to downtown and easy access to freeways. Also, bring your own toilet paper. The single ply see through stuff they provide just doesn't cut it.

Modern style. They attempted to accommodate the shower temperature by sending a “plumber” out. They offered to let us check in at 2 instead of 4.

It was not cleaned well at all, we saw quite a few bugs around the house, sketchy location, pretty sure the beds were made but the sheets not washed as I had a crumb in our bed/they didn’t smell/feel clean, the water in shower gets cold super quick. They did say they would give us our cleaning fee but back have not received it yet.

It was very clean and everything worked well (Smart TV, appliances, etc...).

The neighborhood itself is fine but the street leading into it seemed sketchy.
