There are so many positive qualities about this hotel. Room 1401 is my favorite. Friendly team that are around from one year to the next and remember you. Excellent location in the cute town of Hapeville. Easy access to downtown. Great food on site. Even better bar. Close to lost of other fab restaurants. The list goes on!

They don't offer daily housekeeping🙃 For me, I chose a hotel over an Airbnb or VRBO because someone is going to spoil me a little by making my bed and cleaning the bathroom. I stayed for 8 nights and my room was cleaned 1x🙁 First world problems, I know; but it's details like this that make a difference.

shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and they don’t have a posted sign saying what time! if it is on the hour or 15 minutes after the hour

A quick trip but it was comfortable and great location for us.

Breakfast isn't complimentary. Other than that, everything was just fine.

The different restaurants that were available and the concierge. It was close to many restaurants in the area. It was quiet even though we’re right next to the airport. We were in 1009 that room was very clean. We asked fir more coffee and sugar the staff sent it up right away. It was about 10pm at the time of request.

Hm... I wouldn't say I strongly liked anything except the location

The food was cheap and terribly unhealthy. Sugar everywhere. America needs to do better. The pillows were hard as rocks, the TV didn't function so I had to call a repair at 9:30pm, I couldn't read the room number on my key card because it was so sloppy so I had to walk back and ask what it said. The shuttle service was great, I guess there's that.
