We stayed at Adele’s fabulous villa for 10 nights. As soon as we turned up we could tell we were in for a wonderful stay. Both the interior and exterior furnishings were extremely comfortable making it easy to relax. Situated in the perfect place just out of the Coral Bay strip but not too far to walk if you fancied eating out. We were met at the Villa by James who was very helpful and always on hand should you need him. If we return to Cyprus I would definitely stay again.

Great communication, brilliant location we could see the sea, outdoor space was perfect, comfortable sun beds, liked the fact you were provided with swimming pool towels, so it was less to pack! Loved the different seating areas outside for either sun or shade. The street /area was so peacefully quiet unbelievably quiet!!!! The kitchen had everything you needed, even acrylic/plastic tableware for outside use. Especially good for drinks around the pool. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were spacious. Good location, but glad we hired a car from the owner’s/manger’s recommendation, we could use straight from the airport and just return the car back to the airport. Competitively priced car hire. If you’re ok walking around more you can soon get to eateries, shops etc within 10-20 mins or 5 mins by car. All in all we had a brilliant stay just wished we had booked longer. We were sad to leave.

We enjoyed our stay, the villa is lovely, very well decorated with good facilities. All we would say is Cyprus is chilly in April and you need a quilt in the main bedroom, we plugged the oil heater in and the plug socket caught fire. WiFi was poor, only worked one day. James, the manager was incredibly helpful.

Our stay at the villa was first class in every regard. From the outset we were made to feel most welcome by Adele, the owner, and her communications were without exception responsive warm and helpful. When we arrived at the villa, a generous, thoughtful and bespoke welcome pack had been provided (we are plant based) which set us up for our stay. James, the locally based property manager, was equally helpful and friendly - he made contact to ensure that we had everything we needed. The villa itself is just beautiful and it is evident in every room that the owner is an interior designer and artist. It is filled with light and the palette of duck egg blue and twinkling gold/silver is both calming and uplifting. The standard of all the furnishings is very high. However, the most fabulous feature of the villa is the outdoor space - the stunning garden and the amazing far reaching views. The spacious private garden is planted with incredible mature palms and other exotic plants - it is clear that this has been a real labour of love. The beautiful garden furniture compliments the scheme perfectly. The views are of the fields and the sky taking you down to the sea. We are well acquainted with the area having visited frequently over a decade and we found the location to be ideal - tranquil and tucked away but walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Coral Bay and a great base to explore further afield. In short we felt completely spoiled during our stay and could not commend this property more highly.

We have just had 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The whole booking and communication was made easy by Adele. James, the property manager met us on arrival and was contactable if/when we needed in him throughout. The Villa is so well looked after and had everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area is superb too. Wonderfully quiet location but walking distance to everything. We highly recommend this villa.

What an absolute gem of a holiday. It was the best holiday we have had as the villa was pure luxury. From the moment we enquired to ask to book the villa, Adele was the perfect host. Communication from the start was second to none. Taxi transfer enquired through Adele and sorted by the property manager James who was first rate. Yannis was there to collect us at the airport and take us to the villa. The taxi fare was very reasonable at 40 euro and could not be beaten. Arriving at the villa was like stepping into a luxury spa villa. The location was secluded, quiet and in a setting of a few other villas. Surrounded by beautiful bergonvillia, palm and other variety of trees and Jasmin which made it feel luxurious. And smelt out of this world. It was as if we had entered the gates of heaven as soon as you walked through the arched gateway. Once you step inside, the villa was decorated to a very high standard with shutters on the windows which kept the villa cool. The villa offers every thing you need. All you really needed was your swimming gear and a pair of shorts and tee shirt to go to the shops. Everything you possibly could need for your stay was provided at no extra cost. A wonderful luxury welcome pack to see you through until you go to the shops. Philippos was a short walk and if you spend over 20 euro they will give you a free lift back with all your shopping. What a service😊. After stepping into the villa you are hit with the most fantastic views. A beautiful swimming pool to the side which was very welcome on those hot wonderful Cyprian days. The master bed was comfortable and bedding was all to a very high standard. Reassurance if you do have any problems that James the property manager was only a phone call away. He has local knowledge if you need advise for places to eat. This villa was a Gem to find in a location that is perfect if you love luxury, quiet and relaxation. It truly is a sensational villa and Adele was a perfect host and we would certainly recommend it. If we had our way we would never have left but you have to get back to reality. This was truly the best holiday we have had and we will be back at some point.

Firstly, I would personally like to than Adele for her understanding and juggling our booking due to the pandemic, we first made this booking in 2019 and finally got there in 2022, they do say good things do happen to those who wait and it was certainly worth the wait, so, Adele, thank you The Villa; The villa is outstanding in every way, quiet location, yet a 1 minute drive or 10-15 minutes walk to the supermarket or Coral Bay strip, beautiful sea views, a great pool and stunning gardens that are not over looked, 2 great bedrooms, 1 with ensuite which frees up the main bathroom upstairs for the other room, kitchen has everything you need and the best welcome pack we have ever received. I cannot comment on the lounge or TV (WIFI is good) as we never sat in the lounge the full week we were there (Pictures don't do it justice) as the weather was so beautiful, we sat and ate outside every night. We will definitely book again, mad not too. Finally, I would just like to thank James, he was a great help with his advice and local knowledge if you have any queries and always available on WhatsApp if needed. The property suited us down to the ground. The description and the photos were spot on. I like to stay in immaculately clean , well-equipped and light properties, with lovely views and this was just perfect. I just loved the different seating areas too, on both balconies and around the garden. An informative Visitors Book enabled us to eat in restaurants we may not have known about, though the manager was also helpful in that respect, and it gave other helpful information too. The owner was quick and thoughtful in response to our messages, and that was much appreciated.

A great villa in a really nice and quiet location in Coral Bay. We particularly liked the outdoor spaces either for relaxing during the day or to watch the sunset at night. The Villa was very well equipped and provided everything we needed for a great holiday.

Our booking was moved and changed due to covid and the owner was very reasonable going above and beyond the call of duty. The villa photos do not really do the property justice. On arrival we were greeted by the super helpful property manager who showed us how things worked, he lived across the way and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after dark and the outdoor space was beautifully lit. The pool has particularly nice lighting. The villa interior was very clean and a welcome of wine beer, milk, ham cheese and cereal was left for us (possibly some other bits I had forgotten) which was very kind. Lounge has a lovely sofa and doors out to an out door patio dining area to the rear. A selection of books, games and Dvds was available and an android tv box. Honestly we never switched on the TV. We did however use the Bose sound link speaker a lot! The kitchen has fridge, freezer washing machine and dishwasher a nice table and comfy seating and doors out to a patio with a lovely dining table and rattan seating. More than enough utensils and bits to get you through your stay all in good repair. Out door space is lovely with both front and rear seating areas, sun loungers with cushions ( which is rare) glorious pool with Roman steps. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one double and a twin with en-suite. Plus the bathroom all is clean and well appointed and homely. Beds are supercomfy with lovely soft linen. Both rooms have balconies looking to the sea. All furniture and decor are super homely and the villa is a delight to stay in. Some lovely artworks by the owner and well chosen decor made it a place to be at home and relax. Views from garden are lovely looking across firebreak land and out to sea, you can see the shipwreck off Paphos and the light house. Villa is a 5 to 7 min walk to coral bay beach and 10 to the centre of Coral Bay. It’s a peaceful quiet location. Easy walk or drive to the supermarket and local restaurants. A bbq and equipment was also provided. Impossible to fault had a marvellous stay and will certainly be filed for a place to go back to again.

We all had a great holiday at the Villa. Lots of room, very well equipped and a joy to stay in. If we come back to Cyprus we will certainly look at staying here again.

Very smart and comfortable villa inside and out. We spent most of our time either in and around the pool or in shaded seating area . Gardens and pool also look lovely at night and nothing better than having a glass of something cold on the terrace in the evening. Holiday villas can be a bit 'put together', crockery, cutlery, bedding, towels and even furniture just cobbled together but this villa is incredibly smart. A lot of thought has gone in to the decor and garden and it shows. It's such a small thing but when everything is well taken care of it makes you enjoy the holiday even more! The pool is large and very clean, the gardens beautifully lit up at night, parking, excellent wi-fi and super cooking facilities (not that I did, I was on holiday!!). The quickest way to Coral Bay town is along the main road so be careful but we have an 8 and 9 year old and it was OK. Takes about 15 minutes and about the same to the beach with the kids in tow. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Coral Bay, nothing on the doorstep of the villa but that was OK, the fridge was well stocked!! No need for a car if you are only there a short while, the local supermarket will drop you home and you can walk everywhere else. There is also a good bus route to Paphos if you want a change. Kids enjoyed the English style ice cream van that stopped outside our door most days 'on the off chance' they wanted an ice cream! In conclusion I would thoroughly recommend this villa, there really isn't anything to warn you about, it's lovely. A mention to Phill too, the property manager who lives opposite who was there when you needed him and not when you didn't, an excellent skill!

A quiet spot overlooking the sea. Garden and pool area was beautifully landscaped; breakfast on the patio was a particular treat, especially for March! House was spotless and Phil, the property manager, was always on hand with helpful advice.

Having stayed at many villas in Cyprus , this has to be one of the best ! The villa has a real home feel , garden and pool area are fantastic, the lighting in the evening really highlights the beautiful plants and shrubs . Lots of nice touches in the villa itself , hand soaps in the bathrooms , very comfy beds , lovely furniture and artwork on the walls , the best welcome pack we have ever had . Location is very quiet with great views over to the ocean . Greeted on arrival by Phil who lives opposite , always on hand to answer any questions, a nice guy who does a great job of looking after the villa . Would not hesitate to stay here again. I cannot fault this villa, Adele the owner or Phil the property manager. All were absolutely amazing and made our holiday as good as it was. From booking this holiday the communication has been second to none. Adele was wonderful with recommendations and advice as and when we needed. It. The accommodation is actually better than the photographs and I was already impressed by the photos. The villa is perfectly equipped and provided more than is expected which is so wonderful. Phil was amazing, he managers the villa and lives across the road which I found comforting. Phill too was amazing. with advice and recommendations and was there as and when we needed him. Phil provides an amazing service and even met us on arrival despite the late hour. We were very impressed. Overall a five star location, service and villa and I would highly recommend.
