The place is beautiful and very comfortable.

Great stay for a family trip to Universal (all adult children & their spouses). 6 adults and we had plenty of space to stretch out. We weren't in home during the day but had most of what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. For what we didnt have, Publix and CVS are right around the corner. Nothing critical to say, but do want to share some info that may have helped us plan better. The pool is not included (for free) with the rental. Its currently $100/day (per unit so as many people as you want to use it). The bowls are tiny so we purchased paper bowls for cereal. The nest thermostat is pretty efficient, but must have been set on a timer and we got pretty chilly overnight so recommend traveling with a light blanket as we did not see any additional ones. Manny, the owner was extremely communicative. The community is in an amazing location for Disney and pretty good one for Universal. We would stay there again!

The property is very nice. Very close to anything and everything you would need. Very close to the parks and very easy to get around. There is a parking spot right in front of the unit designated for the unit. The house was very spacious. Love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. This made getting ready with a large group super easy. The bedding was only a sheet and a blanket. Upstairs bedrooms were a comfortable temperature but the downstairs bedroom is extremely hot. The pillows and mattress were very very comfortable. The couches were nice but not comfortable. The couches are more like loveseats and not full couches. The outside area was full of cobwebs and debris. I understand that it is outside however neighboring areas did not look like this unit. The chandelier was very dusty and cobwebby. The baseboards were extremely dusty and dirty. The corners in the showers were not very clean. Windows were dirty. The unit is in need of some spring cleaning. Toaster only toasted one side of the toast. And I would have loved if they had a baking sheet in the kitchen. The pool is a charge of $100 a day. The owners were very gracious to comp us a day at the pool, but not affordable if you want to do something during the day and take a dip later in the afternoon or in the morning before you went somewhere. The security gate did not work. All in all our stay was enjoyable but would probably choose a different complex.

Our stay was amazing!!!!! Manny was amazing!!! We loved the condo. Very clean and neat upon arrival. The pool was refreshing!!! It was close to Disney which was a plus. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Would surely visit again. Sue

Our family stayed in this beautiful house for a week and spent time at Disney and Universal. The location was great being just a 10 minute drive to Hollywood Studios. The other parks were just a bit further but easy drives. The four bedrooms, each with its own bath, made for a no hassle out in the morning. House had everything we need to have a great vacation. Highly recommend.

The location for this property was great, close to all the parks. The description states you can see fireworks from the pool which we were looking forward to. Unfortunately the fireworks were behind buildings and unable to be seen, disappointing. Also, the description said if traveling between Jan - April there will be a fee for using the pool. The way that reads makes it seem like it would be a nominal fee. In reality, the fee was close to a Disney park admission per day. A fee that large would have been nice to know prior to booking or we would not have booked this location. The chandelier above the living room looks pretty in the pictures, however it is covered in dust to the point of my son thought it resembled the ones in the Haunted Mansion ride. Overall, the location, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms worked well for our family. But these misses were really disappointing.

Close to Disney - great roomy and modern home!

We had a great stay at this property. It was a very short drive to all the parks and had a beautiful pool for rest days. The unit itself was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The showers were quite luxurious too. The only minor recommendations I would make would be additional blankets for chilly nights, and streaming service access for the televisions. Manuel, the host, was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed the location being within 10 minutes of Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios, and the owner was very timely with answering any questions we had.

This property is a fantastic location to the theme parks. Good size for a family. The linens should be upgraded, 2 showers drained extremely slowly and needs more kitchen eating utensils. Overall it was a nice place and worked well for us!

My entire family stayed (8 in total) and this property was wonderful. Very clean, close to WDW as well as necessary amenities (Walmart, multiple food options) it’s a gated community, very quiet and safe. We had a fabulous time. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only less than wonderful thing is that the property now charges to use the pool. Manny was very accommodating and offered to comp us one day. The gesture was much appreciated!

The condo was dirty. Need to clean the carpets or replace them. The furniture in the living room was dirty as well. Great and easy communication with the property owner/manager. I would not stay in this condo again.

I recommend people to try this location.

The space made everyone comfortable as well and if you have children the pool is a welcome amenity. With that said, the place was not cleaned very well and getting deliveries via the mail can be a hassle and is difficult to retrieve. Also the pool and gym while nice- have inconvenient hours- 8am-11pm and they kick you out of the pool at sunset. All in all we give it a 3- there are some great perks but also some needed improvements

Great property in a perfect location.

This was a great place. Close to all Disney parks. We took childhood friends 19, 18, 15 and 15 year old girls. It was great, they had their space and the two parents each had their own room . Plenty of space, no drive at all to get the girls to Disney parks. It took longer in the line to get the girls to park dropoff then it did to drive there. Would highly recommend this place.

Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful new property. Easy access to Theme parks with no traffic. Close to restaurants and shopping. Large community pool. Very quiet! We will be back!

First of all, this was our first time using VRBO. From the onset our experience has been a great one. The VRBO app made it easy to filter the results we were looking for. The property fit our criteria and at the price it was listed, we pounced on it. We received a couple of emails prior to our arrival and the best one was from the owner himself, Manny. As we landed, Manny sent us a personal message along with the pertinent details about the home and our expectations as renters. He made it very easy to get through the gated property and into the home. When we opened the door we knew we picked a good one. It was clean, the fridge was cold, and the towels were ready for use. As it turns, the property is very conveniently located to all the Disney and Universal properties so it made getting to/from the parks quite simple and we were never further than 15 minutes from any of them. Additionally, the property is located less than 10-15 minutes from restaurants--any food type, from chain to highly rated family-owned joints (you gotta get to the former New York families place, "Fresco Cucina Italia"). I checked in with Manny to let him know we'd started the laundry and taken the garbage out and he wished us good luck on our flight home. Because of his hospitality, we felt like the least we could do is buy a pack of toilet paper and a box of tissues for the next guests, in hopes they have the same positive experience we did. Not sure if that's customary for VRBO or not, but we did it anyway. I'm a new VRBO convert and if we ever get back to Orlando, I'm staying at Manny's place.

Property was in an awesome location, very close to the theme parks. Check in process was very easy. The house was stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Tons of room for guest. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the area.

The host was amazing and has impeccable customer service. Every question I had he answered in a timely manner. He was amazing throughout my entire stay and last minute check in process. I will definitely book this property again when in the area.
