Loved all the activities you have for kids, my baby sister had a blast and it was hard to even get her to leave for exploring the parks haha. The barn kitties were very sweet and the pond/creek was amazing as a photographer I had a great time photographing birds! The house was perfect for my big family we really appreciate all the work you have clearly put into the property.

The property was big enough to house 13 of us including 7 kids. The upstairs was a total kid zone and there was a lot of fun outside stuff. The kayaks and paddle boat were a big hit, as was playing in the creek. For fun town stuff, Cody and Powell are a short drive.

It was so much fun staying in this house! We enjoyed the creek and pond for fishing, kayaking and paddle boating. The cool evenings allowed us to use the fire pit one night. The house was outfitted with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for cooking, playing, and personal care. The scenery between the house and Cody and Yellowstone was so stunning we couldn’t stop gawking. We didn’t want to leave!

Our group stayed here for a field trip to the Buffalo Bill Museum. We had 5 families, including grandparents, me the teacher, along with 4 rambunctious boys. Some of the students were finishing up a soccer tournament in Cody from Miles City, MT. Everyone had room to relax in the well-stocked house. We loved the views, the pond, and creek. The boys were so impressed with the toys and activities at the house that during our tour of the museum, all they wanted to do was go back and play!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We had a huge group of kids and the playroom and garage were a huge hit for them! They all loved the merry-go-round in the garage and all the fun bikes they had. Upstairs the kids room was full of a variety of toys and a playhouse that was just so fun. The living area on main level was open so even if part of our group was relaxing on the couches and the rest of us were playing games, we were still together in one room. The pantry had every kitchen tool you could possibly need and the fact that they keep a small supply of food was amazing! We thought we wouldn’t have green bean casserole for thanksgiving BUT they had a stock of green beans so we were able to!! Overall we LOVED this house and would do it again in a heartbeat!! Next time during warmer weather so we can enjoy the perks of the pond and kayaks. The owners were so accommodating and communicated openly with us. We highly recommend this property!!

The kids loved the outside play ground, the creek, the pond with the paddle boat and kayaks. The little ones loved the inside tree house and all the toys. Great place for bigger families. Loved that it had a washer and dryer so we didn't run out of cloths while we where there.
Only thing I could say is it would be nice if they would do more trimming outside around the house but it didn't make a difference on what we were doing just would look more inviting.
I would go back in a heart beat.

This is a beautiful property that was able to accommodate our family. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely love to return. We were surprised by the amount of pots & pans available for us to use as well as the spices and such.
My grand niece loved the dinosaur costumes available for her to use among the other child related item.
The gurgling creek off the patio was wonderfully relaxing to listen to and we spent quite a bit of time on the patio enjoying it.
I don’t know how this could be improved upon.

We had a small family reunion here and absolutely loved it. So many options provided for both outdoor and indoor fun, cooking/baking or grilling anything you could dream up, in an absolutely beautiful setting by a stream near the mountains. We hope to come back again someday!

The house was the perfect size for our large group of 15 people. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also space to all hangout together. We had a wedding to attend in Cody WY and we all got ready with easy in the 4 bathrooms. The creek was an added bonus being able to listen to the water why we sat outside and enjoy the patio area. Everyone in our group was 14 years old and up. Our teenage kids all enjoyed their stay as well. Definitely would go back if we visited this area again.

A little piece of heaven!
This place was an amazing house to stay! The pictures are deceiving, as it was even better than expected! Perfect for the half way point of our large family vacation to the Tetons, this house was a vacation all in itself. We were sad that we only had a 1 day, 2 night stay. It had so much room, was so comfortable, beyond stocked for cooking, beautiful patio to enjoy the mountain air and bubbling creek right outside the back door, the mountains surrounding the property were breathtaking, there were so many many fun things to do for little kids, and boats for the big people too! Did I mention the creek and pond?? Our family of 12 that stayed there did not want to leave. We are already planning a return trip to stay for a much longer time. Mary Ann was an excellent communicator, as well. So helpful and generous! We can't wait to come back!

Great place for families!
I can’t say enough good things about this property! It is the perfect house for a family with children. The property it is on is beautiful. Every morning waking up to the sound of the creek right outside your door and a backyard view of the mountains. It was so perfect. The house manager was more than helpful. She responded to every question within minutes. And even mailed back a piece of jewelry we left behind. I would 100% recommend this property! I would give it more than five stars if I could!

The best vacation rental everrrrrr!
We purchased this weekend get away for our parents for Christmas to enjoy some time away with their whole family. This place is unbeatable! There is so much fun stuff for kids to do, and all ages! Big kids too!!!! They played upstairs with the toys, costumes, play structure. And outside fishing and jumping on the trampoline and with the bikes. We were having so much fun at the house that it made it hard to leave and go explore Cody! We will definitely be back with some friends!!!

Cody get away
This property was about 30 minutes from Cody and about 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone east gate. The house had everything we needed, the property manager was super prompt with responses to questions. We had 13 in our party, most of whom were kids between 17 and 6. They were outside playing on the bikes, in the creek, or kayaking in the pond the any time we were "home". We actually had to adjust plans so they had a couple afternoons just to play around the house. My ONLY complaint is the pictures make it look like there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. There were 3 king size beds but 2 of them were up in the big "kid" area and not in separate rooms. We still had plenty of room, just one of the couples had to sleep in a queen (our husband's are BIG). Overall it was amazing an I would I would absolutely stay here again.

Lodge in Powell
The place overall outside looked run down and not taken care of very well, however the inside was great. Nice rooms and great kitchen.
GPS doesn't work but we had detailed instructions from the owner and had no problem finding the place.
Our main concern was that it is located 30 MILES from Powell. With The wedding and family gathering on the northeast side of Powell, made the trip between the two 40-45 miles apart. Quite a bit of miles when you're traveling back and forth and paying by the mile. We understood it was located on a ranch before we rented it and expected it to be on the outskirts of Powell but not that far. The address is actually another town. This should have been revealed in the description.

Lots of Space
We had 15 people stay at this place and it fit us all very comfortably. They had everything and more for cooking, showering, just basic living items which was very nice. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the creek and reservoirs. We traveled in August and it was very dry so everything was very, very low and the pictures must have been taken when things were a lot more lush. We thought we could use the water more by the pictures. It was still nice just a bit of a bummer. Also the yard where the kids could play was thick, I mean thick with grasshoppers. I know neither of these is something the owners can control but it bummed us out a bit. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay!

Amazing getaway
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The ranch house was spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio by the creek for all of our meals. We walked in the evenings surrounded by amazing scenery. Floating the creek was such fun! We would love to stay here again.
