Location, lots of restaurants close by

Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entering.

I didn't like nothing about it the manager didn't give me my money back when I never stayed and took $87 off my car and I slept in my car pitiful

Very rude disrespectful I'll try to stay for one night and book the hotel pay for not staying there I slept in my car that night terrible management terrible execution by managers there are not professional

People yelling all night, blood on the curtain , floors very dirty, people sleeping in cars and in tents everywhere

U guys owe me 196.00$

I liked the behind-bed lighting. I liked the layout of the room. I also like the efficiency of the air conditioning heating unit.

I didn't like that the clerk suggested a tip. I don't know if he was teasing or serious. But it made me uncomfortable. I also did not like that he said I didn't need a receipt since I was only staying one night. What does that have to do with anything? I did not like the dirty floor. It got my feet dirty after showering. I even wiped it up with a towel to prove to myself I wasn't crazy. And it was black stuff. I'm guessing it was from the planes going overhead?

The property is near the airport and close to multiple food chains. Good for short stay.

Getting My Deposit Back When I Checked Out The Following Morning .

The staffs attitude especially the manager Rosa, their was NO power, couldn't leave the room due to not being able to lock the door , when the manager was contacted about the situation( the worker that checked me in advised me to speak with Rosa "Property Manager" an to contact booking about the situation) she didn't try to resolve anything or even want to speak about the situation ; she actually mis lead the supervisor from booking an told him that she would resolve the issue an compensate me but she did the complete opposite she put me on the DNR (DO NOT RENT) list due to me reaching out like I was advised to do by one of HER EMPLOYEES. I would share pictures But it was to dark to take any an Charging my phone was out of the question .

it was in a terrible location. the staff was rude and not helpful at all and the room was a disgrace. dirty floors. beds not made. when asked for a cleaning was told this isn’t a 5 star hotel

**Friendly staff, clean large updated room and comfortable beds** The location is near the airport so you can hear planes taking off, but, it quiets down after hours. It's not an eye candy location, there's an abandoned multi-story building nextdoor, BUT the owners make up for it being very responsive to needs, very friendly owners. We've stayed there multiple times traveling around Kentucky by choice as it's actually one of the more comfortable and clean locations. Avoid the Elizabethtown location all together it's horrible. I'm pretty sure we've stayed at almost all the KY. Locations and we prefer this one or Grand Rivers if you're over by Paducah.
