Great location in the heart of London

at night can be a little noisy but it was in London spirit

they told me at the last minute that I needed to give a £250 deposit otherwise would not give check in details. they also told me last minute that I needed to take all rubbish and would charge me additional money for not doing that. they should also also hoovered in the bedroom as it had visibly someone’s hair all over it

Inaam was thoroughly accomodating and the check-in/check-out process was fairly simple. I loved the sofa bed—it was comfortable for not just sleeping but also for lounging. Having the washer/dryer in-unit was convenient and the location was central to multiple public transportation stops as well as walking distance to landmarks.

The shower ran out of hot water quite quickly. We had three people staying and the third person could expect to run out halfway through if we didn't space out the showers throughout the day.

The apartment is in a good neighbourhood and the host is very nice. Sometimes it can be a little bit noisy, but that's how it is in London. 😊

A spotless flat in a desirable location. Excellent kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom, among other things. Easy to check in and out. You can pick up apartment keys from a local 24-hour convenience store. The closest train station is close by and may be reached on foot. I got fantastic value for my money because alternative accommodations (all hotels) were nearly twice as expensive. Owner "Imaan" was accommodating and only a phone call or text message away. I got my entire deductible refunded, plus the owner also compensated me XX for the trouble the lack of an air conditioner caused. Any of our requests, such as the need for additional fans, were met.

No elevators; the Apartment unit is on the fourth or fifth floor. There is no AC, and the summers may be rather hot. Need to keep the windows slightly open to let the air circulate, but doing so results in bearable traffic noise pollution and occasional nighttime emergency siren noise. We were provided with fans.

Clean and tidy. Managers were prompt in responding to concerns. Location was excellent

Certian facilities which were advertised were not available e.g. airconditioning. Apartment suffers from poor ventilation due to lack of windows

Clear communication from the owner via WhatsApp for collection via a lockbox

The owner was very helpful from start to finish, and made the whole stay a breeze, self checking in with the keys was so easy, The owner was only a phone call away and made me feel at ease before the trip so that we were all prepared. Location is literally a dream and we got all over london with no hassle back to our lovely apartment each day with minimal travel. The apartment itself was luxurious and super clean, all guests were very comfortable and we checked out extremely content and will 100% be returning here on our next trip to London! 10/10 recommendation!

Loved everything about the property: super cosy and comfy, was very clean and had great facilities. Also loved the private garden which was attached to the property. The property is in a great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the British museum and a 10 minute walk to the popular Leicester Square! The owner was super friendly and helpful and responded immediately to any queries. Will definitely be staying at this property again, overall great location and great place to stay! - super happy! 10/10

Liked everything about this property; the location was unrivalled, just a stone’s throw from the British Museum, the apartment was clean and cosy, and even had a private patio. Staff were extremely attentive and responded almost immediately to queries.

The location was amazing, it was an 8-minute walk from Foyles the famous bookshop. The British Museum is also nearby. I had an incident with my room card, where I wasn't able to open the door and got locked outside for some time, but the host arrived immediately and did whatever it took to help me unlock the door.

The bathroom was shared, which was not mentioned in the description in the first place. Also, the room card mechanism doesn't always work as I got locked outside the room even though I had the card with me.
