BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS CONDO ACROSS FROM BEACH
Este espacioso condominio (1050 pies cuadrados) ha estado en HomeAway / VRBO durante años y acaba de cambiar de propietario. Decorado con buen gusto con arte hawaiano y muebles de estilo tropical para una sensación de espacio abierto. We had a lovely stay at Daniela and Todd's condo. Even before we arrived, communications were friendly, prompt, and accommodating. And once we arrived, the condo exceeded our expectations. It really was spacious - perfect for four people. The decor was beautiful, everything was clean and well organized, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenware was in great shape, making cooking/eating in a nice option. We'd love to return next time we're on Maui!

Loved this condo for the last 3 nights of a week long trip to Hawaii - 'girl's trip" to celebrate my best friends 70th birthday!
The condo was spotless when we arrived - beautiful decor and furnishings. The wall unit a/c's and ceiling fans in each bedroom provided plenty of cooling when need. The in-unit washer and dryer were much appreciated. We didn't end up cooking in the kitchen - but it looked like it had everything you would need (and more) if you had wanted to eat in.
After a full day "out and about" - coming back to the complex pool was simply delightful and refreshing.
Communication with the hosts was wonderful - they responded quickly to any inquiries, and provided all the necessary info for checking into the condo and the community in a timely manner.
We had a quick call back from the property manger Danielle when we initially tried to access the condo and couldn't. It was later and dark, and we were trying to access the mechanical lock box on the side of the door, instead of the digital lock ON the door! She got us back on track in the front door within minutes :)
The beaches across the street were just wonderful! In fact, after checking out of the condo on our last day, we just parked the car at the beach parking lot, and sat on the grass under the trees - soaking in one last chance to enjoy sights, smells and sounds of the Maui beaches - before heading to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniela and Todd’s home. It was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, there was plenty of kitchenware, and they provided new sand toys and all the beach equipment one would need for a great stay. The chairs in the lanai were new and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. They also provided welcome chocolates which were greatly appreciated. The beach is right across from the condo which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend their place!

Great location, they provided a helpful binder with plenty of places to go dine and shop. The beach was across the street from the building. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for our use, which came in handy. The place was cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Due to some health issues, my husband & I were unable to go to Maui. Fortunately our son & some family were able to use the condo. The owners were absolutely wonderful & understanding and accommodated this change. We stayed there last year & loved it. The condo is fully equipped and spotless. Mahalo for the lovely accommodations. The condo was clean and very well kept. We were only there for the weekend so we didn't have time to explore the amenities of the complex and surrounding areas but we very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with Daniela and Todd was effortless. They responded quickly to any inquiries and were very lovely to correspond with. this was my Mom's first visit to Maui and she absolutely loved it! We selected this property for its proximity to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, square footage, and high speed internet. Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved being less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and most of our favorite Kihei restaurants were a short walk as well. This spot also is close to the restaurants and shops in Wailea. If you get tired of Kam 3, there are so many other beaches with public access just a few minutes down the road. I tested the internet speed several times during our month in Kihei and it was blazing fast every time. We ran our company from the condo and never had an issue with video conferencing. The parking is convenient, the pool is very nice, outdoor grills are easy to use, and the cleanliness of the property was very nice. We would stay here again for sure! A very good price for a 2BR, 2 BA condo that is close to the beach.

This condo was a lot larger than I was expecting! Everything was very spacious to include the bathrooms, plenty of room to move around. There were plenty of towels, all of the kitchen cookware you could ever want or need and everything you need for the beach to include beach chairs and a little cooler with wheels. All you do is walk out of the condo, across the street and voila! You're at the beach! Everything went smoothly with check in and I look forward to staying here again!

Great Location. Open spacious condo. faces away from street so it is quiet. Big Lanai. Lots of beach stuff cooler, chairs,umbrellas,snorkle gear, noodles,etc. Pool is little small and no hot tub. But Kamaole 3 beach is right there and fantastic.

The unit was very clean and well laid out. It accommodated 4 of us just fine. One thing I would say is that it seems like there should be toilet paper stocked in the bathroom.
The building and facility is aged. Lounge chairs by the pool torn and old; parking space is ridiculously narrow. If you are not wanting a place where you spend a lot of time and have high-end commodities, then this will meet your needs. It is located right in the middle of bustling Kihei and beaches are just a short walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Haleakala Shores and the hosts were super responsive. The condo had everything you need to have a great holiday, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, and bedding, in-suite laundry, great beach toys, chairs and a lovely pool. The condo itself is very spacious with room to accommodate two couples easily. We were very happy with our stay!

Great time at Kihei and Haleakala Shores Apartment
We came back to Maui after few years with whole family. Daniela and Todd are great hosts and Christie (Property manager) is knowledgeable and helpful. We had an excellent experience and will be back. We recommend it to families visiting Maui.
Kihei location is good, lots of restaurants closeby and number of activities don’t need driving.

Private, quiet, and just a short walk to the beach. a few local shops and eateries
Daniela and Todd's condo is exceptionally clean, organized and fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and towels. They've thought of everything you might need during your stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for traveling with my friend. We enjoyed having separate sleeping areas with comfortable beds and "big" private bathrooms. AC and fans kept us cool. The property manager followed up with us on our last day to make sure our condo experience was pleasant. Other than a temperamental light/fan switch, we had all good things to say. Thank you Daniela and Todd for sharing your condo with us.

We really enjoyed the space. All the systems seemed tight and well run. We especially appreciated the beach gear closet—cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel, etc.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, although one bedroom is divided by the japanese sliding doors, was perfect for our stay. The owners respond quickly and keep you up to date, with all the restrictions, and are very accommodating. One marked parking space for your vehicle, although the space was a little narrow, it was nice to have your own stall. Lots of shops and restaurants to visit close by.
