The place is not equipped to stay in winter or colder weather, despite the heaters in place as the electricity doesn’t support them to work together (power outages). The main problem though was the lack of clean place in villa - spider cobwebs, spills in the kitchen to discourage using it, spots in the bathroom, dust, etc. Also in order to be honest one shall be clear that the it's a relatively small cottage attached to others, the parking spot is for a small car, the place needs a major refurbishment, not to mention a deep cleaning, there is only one bathroom (and two toilets), the coast is rather inaccesible and it’s quite a remote place (you need a car to reach a supermarket). All these points were not major for us, but cold and dirt were the key to force us to leave.
